I was referred to Scott Sell from another previous lawyer I had. I hired Scott after I was denied with the social security office. Scott explained in my initial consultation what was going to happen and what the fee would be, which he only gets paid after we won the case. My significant other had been hit by a car and was severely wounded. Her foot was reattached to her leg, as her bones were crushed and the foot torn almost completely off. She had had to thru numerous surgeries. She is in chronic, severe pain, every single moment. What do you do when you are denied financial benefits? What do you do when you are physically unable to provide monetarily for yourself? What do you do when you have been told by attorney’s that they can’t help you or WONT help you? What do you do when you don’t know what to start? You find an ATTORNEY. We were referred to THOMAS, COON, NEWTON & FROST (Portland Law Firm) by my significant others accident attorney, once that case was closed. There was very little money that came from that. My significant others surgeon was quite clear after a couple years, that her issues were about as good as they were going to get and she was miserable. Our lives were turned upside down in every way. They were very professional and approachable and made me feel comfortable with the process by answering all of my questions and concerns....
