Superior service

Scott ,Holly and the rest of the staff was awesome. My husband was almost killed in motor vehicle accident. He suffered 2 beain bled plus 14 broken bones and other injuries. I tried to do it on my own and he got denied twice. So by the time Scott was hired we where in a desperate spot. We had gone th...rough our savings and 401k because i couldnt find a job that worked with all his appointments. Scott and Holly made sure to interact with both My husband and myself which others lawyers didnt because He has short term memory and understanding issues since the accident. Holly worked extremely hard to get our case expidited and was sucessful. She made sure that understood what we need to get to her to help this process. You need to know how great that is because we where dealing with 3 lawyers at the time due to the accident. A civil attorney, prosscuting attorney and Scott, so yes easy to forget something or accidently send to the wring person. Especially when you add all his drs and therapy stuff that i have to manage. No matter where i live i will recomend Scott Sell to anyone who needs a Social Security attorney. I hope the partners see this and realize what a gem in Holly they have

Awesome Social Disability Attorney

I started my disability case with Scott's predecessor and was worried when she left the firm to do other very important work, as she was phenomenal. Scott stepped right into some very big shoes and has done an amazing job. He and his team (especially Erin) have been so kind and compassionate, they... are very thorough and have worked hard with me on my case. They are full of integrity and gave me clear easy steps to follow when it came time for me to do my part of the work needed to move forward. They explained the process in words I could understand and held my hand every step of the way. Scott and his team helped me to win my case, and to start the first steps of getting my life back. I have nothing but gratitude for this gentle, humble man. He always stayed calm and collected...even when I was not. He never made me feel ashamed of my tears or my struggle, he just held the space for me to be me.

Excellent Social Security Attorney with Integrity

During my meeting with Scott I found him to be approachable, attentive, highly knowledgeable, and friendly. He carefully reviewed the facts and went out of his way to steer me in the right direction. I highly recommend him as an attorney. His ethics and thoroughness are just two of his many outsta...nding qualities.

Scott and his staff are outstanding

Scott and his staff took over my case from a mega crap group... with his professional attitude and the professionalism of his staff they were able to get me a favorable ruling... I watched others in the waiting room of the court have their council bail on them and put their claims at risk... Scott ...was on the spot, contacting me in advance and explaining the process... knowing about the players and what they would do and how to counter them properly... everything was put in proper place and order and my whole time in court was 30 min... all "T"'s crossed and "I"'s doted in the best order... I feel that had I started with him I would not have had to stumble and fail... Professional, ready for anything, this guy knows his stuff, and is supported by a fantastic staff.

SSI case

Scott represented my sister to get SSI for a variety of disabilities. I was her advocate through the process and worked closely with Scott. Throughout the lengthy process, Scott and his team were consistently professional, friendly, and timely with all communications. The hard work paid off and my si...ster was approved. Her life condition has improved immensely as a result. It would not have happened without Scott's diligent efforts and knowledge of this very obtuse and confusing system. I could not be more pleased with his representation, and the outcome of our case. I would refer him to others with the utmost confidence.

"I have known Scott for many years. When I first met him, I was so impressed that I immediately offered him a position at my law firm, even though he was still in law school at the time. His work for me was outstanding and equally important, he demonstrated the compassion and respect that is the hallmark of a superb attorney. When he was finished with his Court of Appeals clerkship, an honor few attorneys achieve, I offered him a full attorney position with our law firm. My confidence in Scott has always been borne out by the way he treats his clients and wins his cases. I give him my highest recommendation and refer clients to him with complete confidence."
