Biography
My view of legal representation is that it is far more than merely appearing and advocating for a client in the courtroom. I believe an attorney-client relationship must also be personal. It's vital you are comfortable with your attorney and can communicate openly with your attorney. Without a comfortable/open relationship, true, effective, representation cannot be accomplished. It is my goal, and mission, to be sure that, at the end of the case, my clients always can say, "he fought for me. He treated me with respect. He did everything he said he would." The practice of law is far more than a business, or a practice, the practice of law must be personal and good attorney-client relationships are absolutely necessary.
