I had to admit that it was a little uneasy hiring an attorney after an accident because insurance companies try to make you feel like they are on your side and you almost feel like you're betraying your own insurance company because you have this long "friendship" with them. They agreed to pay the full limits of the policies which was gratifying to me in that it was fair, and it acknowledged the permanent physical damage with which I live.
