I highly recommend Adam Dean

Adam took on a difficult case for me and I couldn't have asked for better service. He was knowledgeable, responsive and had a great courtroom demeanor. When the other side wanted to get into a (ultimately) useless back and forth "who's to blame" email exchange, he advised me to take the higher road a...nd focus on what's best for my relationship with my daughter. This advice saved me money and peace of mind. I highly recommend Adam Dean.

A Lawyer That Really Cares

To Whom it May Concern, I recently had a case in Washington Co. where I was arrested and falsely charged for DV, Strangulation, and Harassment. I was appointed a Public Defender who was convinced I was guilty and did as little as possible to defend me and did nothing when the additional... charge of Harassment was added at my Arrangement. I had lost all hope knowing that in Washington Co."It's not what you know, But what you can prove in court" and if I stayed with the P.D. I would be playing Russian Roulette with a loaded machine gun and have no chance of acquittal. My wife ( alleged Victim in the case ) begged me to get a lawyer and fight this thing because I was innocent. She called numerous lawyers asking for help but they wanted 7 to 10 thousand dollars all in advance and gave very little hope after hearing what had happened and before even looking at any of the States evidence. She was about at the end of her rope when she called the Dean Law Group P.C. at (503) 546-3178 and spoke with Adam Dean. My wife and I were unable to communicate directly so I had no idea what to expect when I went to meet Mr. Dean for the first time. Adam was very interested in what I had to tell him about what had transpired on the night of my arrest. He listened to me with concern and compassion for my situation. After hearing my story I let him know that I could not afford his services but was glad to hear there was someone out there that didn't think I was guilty. He informed me that this would not be a cut and dry case because it was in Washington Co. and if I wanted to have any chance at acquittal I should hire a lawyer that would look out for my interests while pleading my case. I had already been run through the ringer with this ( ready to roll over and die) and let him know that if I could afford it I would take his advice and hire someone. Adam let me know that he was sympathetic to my situation but wouldn't be able to do my case Pro Bono and asked me if there was anyway I could make monthly payments. I told him that it would be great if he could do that but I could not commit to very much without putting my family in a tight spot so it wouldn't be feasible. Adam reassured me that it would be a fight but one he could win and asked how much could I commit to pay on a monthly basis. I could not believe it when we came to terms on a payment schedule that would not put my family out on the street and retained his services before I left his office. I would like to say that things went smoothly but that would be a lie. Needless to say Adam had his hands full and the State had a case according to the evidence. I felt defeated after hearing the States evidence but Adam stayed calm, confident and optimistic while reassuring me that we had a fight on our hands but he wasn't about to give up. If this were a baseball game I would say record it and watch over and over. They threw every pitch in the book at him and some I had never seen before. I was amazed that Adam didn't just get a piece of the ball but put them all over the fence and some into a different ZIP code. He skillfully picked apart the States case and all of the their witnesses. It was like watching a cross between Columbo and Perry Mason and in the end the DA was in awe when the Judge "acquitted me on all charges" before it even went to the jury. In finishing I would recommend Adam Dean to anyone who wants a lawyer that will go the extra mile to see justice done. He has a very extensive knowledge of the law and how it works in Washington Co. and doesn't back down or run from a fight even when the deck is stacked and the odds are against him. Oregon needs more lawyers like Adam Dean that care more about whats right and not how fast they get their money. I believe in my heart that Adam is not only one of the best lawyers but one of the finest human beings I've had the pleasure to meet in my life time. Sincerely, George
