I never felt I was getting billed for anything extraneous (not the case with previous lawyers I've used). Ken is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone facing the challange of a divorce. His billing practice is very fair and reasonable. Ken treated me as a member of the team and allowed me to assist in organizing my documents. This substantially reduced... my overall bill. Not all attorneys allow you to do this and some even charge a minimum of 12.5 minutes of attorney time to read an email. Ken's billing practice was not like that and I felt it was very fair. My divorce was one of the 10% that go to trial and I felt very confident and secure to have Ken represent in front of the Judge.
