Efficient, kind and so happy I hired him!

Divorces are stressful and no one wants to go through them, especially when COVID-19 arrives two months after you file. I met Ken and discussed my case with him, not only did I have more direction of what the divorce process looked like, he assured me that I had more leverage than I thought in my ...situation. Ken worked diligently on my case, helping me with every question I asked no matter how silly I thought it was. His communication was excellent in following up with me weekly and informing me of the current status of my divorce. He filled me in with every change or detail that came up and was so kind during the entire process. Brenda and him really exceeded my expectations and helped me find peace during this whole process. I highly recommend Ken McNeil!

Best attorney for complicated divorce

I would recommend Ken to anyone with a divorce case that is not mutual in any way. His expertise helped me during my very complicated and long divorce. For more than a year Ken was handling my case. Multiple times we had to go back to the court and every time Ken was very professional, very knowledge...able and supportive. I always got prompted responses from him and his staff.

Excellent Lawyer

Mr. McNeil handled an unpleasant case for me. I have used 2 lawyers previous to Mr. McNeil and he is, without question, the finest I have met. Specifically, he gave me a very fair, thorough initial consultation, and charged a very reasonable retainer. Throughout the ordeal, I felt like he gave me ...sound advice based on the law, and never told me just what I wanted hear. I'm sure I wasn't the biggest case he was working on; however, I always felt he gave my case his full effort and attention. Mr. McNeil's billing is very detailed. I never felt I was getting billed for anything extraneous (not the case with previous lawyers I've used). The case was resolved in a satisfactory manner; I feel this was a direct result of Mr. McNeil's sound advice and hard work. I would recommend him, without hesitation, if in need of an attorney.

Great choice

Mr. McNeil was very helpful and informative throughout the process. At times I felt he maybe could have been a little more aggressive, but I deferred to his judgement on which tactics would yield the best results and I ended up with a very favorable judgement.

Nen McNeil Review

Ken McNeil handled my divorce case for me. I feel Mr. McNeil handled my case in a professional, respectful & confident manner. When I first met Mr. McNeil I had a lot of questions and concerns. He was very efficient & knowledgeable in answering my questions and reassuring to me and I really apprecia...ted that. I believe Mr. McNeil handled my case like it was as important to him as it was to me. I always knew what was going on and what to expect. I would strongly recommend that others use Mr. McNeil & his office if they need an attorney for a divorce.
