I have lived in the Pacific Northwest for the last 20+ years and I love it here. Although I call Oregon home, I remain an avid and loyal Green Bay Packer fan. I enjoy spending time with my daughter and watching her grow into an independent, smart little girl. I have been fortunate enough to have travelled to Mexico several times, Belize and a day trip into Guatemala to see the Mayan ruins at Tikal.
I have been fortunate enough to have Tara Narkon as my Legal Assistant/ Paralegal/Office Manager and more since June 2003. She helps keep the office flowing and is a great help to me and my clients.
We were lucky to add another staff member, Lisa Michael, in late 2018 t to help streamline the personal injury cases and helm the front desk.

Hired this "attorney?" for a child custody case for my daughter. Extremely unprofessional in her demeanor and attire. She charges $275.00 an hour for her services and will charge you for every little thing! During her/our first hearing with the judge, she was unable to even present her case after a c...

Divorce is a scare thing I felt. But Shelly not only told me my rights as a wife but also made sure I understood them. My ex was not only violent but mentally and verbally aggressive. I was afraid. But Shelly reassured me that the law was there.... it gave me a great level of peace. She's amazing and...

When we came to Shelley, we were desperate. My husband had been dealing with having his daughter withheld from him at random, and constant abusive text messages from his daughter's mother. His daughter was not in the greatest situation, and the judge was believing all of the lies that were being told...

Was initially told by Shelley that the protective order filed against me was "thin" and easy to beat in court - so I hired her. Nothing was done in preparation for the hearing the week leading up to it. We met for 20 minutes the night before and I gave her a ton of evidence to support my case. None o...

I hired Shelly to help my niece with a messy divorce - restraining orders, lies, arrest warrants - the works. She has been fantastic. Very knowledgeable and supportive. I'm so glad we found her.
"I worked with Shelley as opposing counsel on a matter and was met with respect and professionalism. She was able to balance zealous advocacy with respectability - something that is to the client's benefit when negotiating a settlement agreement. I endorse this lawyer."
"I have had several cases against Shelley over the years. She is a tough advocate for her client, but also has common sense and is willing to work through problems to reach a solution that both sides can agree on. Shelley was disciplined by the bar because she failed to pay her payroll taxes on time for several months when she was having financial difficulties. Although our self-regulating bar holds attorneys to a high standard, (which is good) sometimes, we attorneys have tough times and make mistakes too. I believe that Shelley has learned from this and I have no hesitation in saying that she is a smart and capable family law attorney."
"I highly recommend Shelley. She is caring, experienced, and does a great job in representing her clients."
"I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer. A brilliant, trustworthy and highly respected attorney in the legal community."
"Shelley Fuller is an experienced, competent and knowledgeable lawyer who consistently demonstrates excellent legal skills and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of virtually all issues pertaining to family law, personal injury law and criminal law. I have worked with Shelley on a number of cases and find her to be a zealous and compassionate advocate on behalf of her clients while at the same time working well with opposing attorneys and commanding their respect, as well as the respect of the judges before whom she appears. I endorse and commend her without hesitation."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Shelley Fuller professionally for many years and she has a significant amount of experience in her areas of practice. She is a very hard working attorney and maintains strong relationships with her clients. Most of all, she takes her job seriously and always strives to achieve the best results for her clients."
