 I've represented thousands of clients and value my Martindale Hubbell AV "Preeminent" rating as an attorney. That rating is determined by attorney peers, including Judges and even attorney's we've litigated against. 

In addition to my legal experience, I've also owned and operated my own construction business. This experience has given me a very broad outlook on how small businesses can best benefit with sound legal advice. Instead of using litigation as a first option, it should be the last. I ran the book club in my childrens elementary school, was a member of the Hillsboro Library board of DIrectors for 8 years and am currently the Vice Chair of the Hillsboro Library Foundation.  I'm a member of the Hillsboro School Bond Review Committee and have been a Board Member of a local Head Start. Very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable real estate attorney
Everything that Robert Harris has ever done for us has just been stellar. He has worked on several real estate transactions for us, most of which were atypical transactions. Everyone at the office is friendly and most helpful. He charges a reasonable amount for his services, and the work has always been completed in a reasonable amount of time. In addition, when I have had a quick question or just need a moment of his time on the phone, I have not been charged for that few minutes of time, which I really appreciate. Of course, I would also never take advantage of such kindness! The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 in the responsive category is this: if you contact him, be aware that he might be in court or have a deadline he is working under, and may take a few days to get back to you. Don't wait to give a call until you are in a last minute situation.

A lawyer who treats you like family
Rob Harris has been our attorney since April 2003 when my husband and I started our construction bussiness. Little did I know I would keep him on speed dial for so many things from issues with employees, tax questions, hr issues, family matters and most importanty collecting money from customers. No question or concern is to small. Rob always is available by phone or e-mail. i would and have recommended him to family and friends.

Crinimal legal work - NON GUILTY (and I really wasn't)
Rob worked hard to handle my case. I had two charges brought against me. One we settled and the other went to trial before a judge. The judge didn't even let Rob Harris present his closing argument before declaring me not guilty! I have used Rob on other matters and his work has always been excellent.
