Biography
I've represented thousands of clients and value my Martindale Hubbell AV "Preeminent" rating as an attorney. That rating is determined by attorney peers, including Judges and even attorney's we've litigated against.
In addition to my legal experience, I've also owned and operated my own construction business. This experience has given me a very broad outlook on how small businesses can best benefit with sound legal advice. Instead of using litigation as a first option, it should be the last. Very few businesses make money while they are in litigation. Avoiding disputes and litigation is the first job of a business attorney.
While I am devoted to providing excellent professional service to my clients, I am equally devoted to making my commmunity a better place. I ran the book club in my childrens elementary school, was a member of the Hillsboro Library board of DIrectors for 8 years and am currently the Vice Chair of the Hillsboro Library Foundation. I'm a member of the Hillsboro School Bond Review Committee and have been a Board Member of a local Head Start. As a professional I've been an active member of several County wide public safety committees.

Crinimal legal work - NON GUILTY (and I really wasn't)
Rob worked hard to handle my case. I had two charges brought against me. One we settled and the other went to trial before a judge.
