Fantastic lawyer! I never thought I'd be one to need a lawyer but after one DUI in the Midwest and now one in Oregon I knew I needed legal counsel. Oregon has very tough DUI laws. After my arrest I called Brian a few days later. He got back to me within 24 hours. He was very calm and we had a fre...e consultation where I described my past and what had happened. My BAC was high (above a 0.15). He said he would be willing to represent me if I wanted. Since I was distressed he told me to think about it and get back to him once I considered it.
