Having practiced criminal law in Oregon for 25 years, I have been privileged to stand up for good people in courtrooms accross the state. Out of state DUI
I live out of the state of Oregon and while visiting Oregon was charged with DUI. Brian was very helpful and was able to appear in court for me until actual sentencing. The whole time he kept me very well informed and apprised of the DA's position. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
