Fantastic lawyer! I never thought I'd be one to need a lawyer but after one DUI in the Midwest and now one in Oregon I knew I needed legal counsel. Oregon has very tough DUI laws. After my arrest I called Brian a few days later. He got back to me within 24 hours. He was very calm and we had a fre...e consultation where I described my past and what had happened. My BAC was high (above a 0.15). He said he would be willing to represent me if I wanted. Since I was distressed he told me to think about it and get back to him once I considered it. I liked he didn't pressure me into anything. I looked up reviews prior to hiring him and decided to go with it. He was available via phone, text, and email. I am just very thankful no one was hurt and that Brian was able to help me get back to "normal" daily life. I have had much time to reflect and never ever want to go through that again. I will now be doing my diversion (interlock device, alcohol evaluation, sobriety, counseling, fees, victim impact panel, etc.). It is my job not to mess up again and I fully understand that.
