Brian Michael Starns

I was cited for DUII, a pretty traumatic experience. Other than a few traffic tickets my 40+ years of driving have been uneventful. Brian explained the likely course of events, dealt with the court and DA, and successfully achieved an outcome of diversion. I kept my driving privileges and avoided a... big insurance issue. It's not inexpensive to have a private attorney for a DUII, but I believe it was money well spent. I needed someone with experience to help me avoid even more costly mistakes I could have made due to lack of knowledge of the specifics of the law and the Hood River court process. I probably couldn't have directed someone to the courthouse before this happened...

I was pulled over in Hood River, Oregon for having a tail light out. Subsequently I was cited with a DUI. (realizing immediately my poor decision to drive after being out with friends) I was referred to Brian by a friend and contacted him to inquire about him taking me on as a client.
