Mr.Starns represented my girlfriend and myself on a bogus disorderly conduct 2 out of Oregon. A gentleman decided to urinate in our campsite in Maupin Oregon and i took exception to that well long story short the gentleman decided to bring his friends back and attempted to jump me well he and his 4 ...friends came out on the losing end of that fight and my girlfriend had jumped in to help me so we were both arrested and so was the pee pee guy.
