About Phillip
Biography
I was born in the California Bay Area and moved to Oregon in 1972.
My dad operated a water well pump installation business and I grew up working for/with him; I kept working in that field into my final year of undergrad college. To this day I still enjoy working with my hands any chance I get; including turning wrenches on our race car.
My wife, Heather, and I have been married 25+ years. Our children are now grown and out of the house. We have one grandchild.
In my spare time I like to race, fish, work on our garden/landscaping, and spend time with our famiy.
