The ABSOLUTE BEST SSDI LAWYER AROUND!

I had called many lawyers trying to get help or figure out what to do before I had come across Diane's info online. Unfortunately most lawyers wouldn't even take the time to listen to me, much less help me. I was struggling trying to do it on my own and had been denied benefits unfairly twice already... and knew with my health issues it would be impossible to do alone anymore. In a last ditch effort, I searched online again and came across her info. She is a godsend! Not only did she actually LISTEN to me (unlike others) but she took my case on and she had a very caring and understanding attitude which was the exact opposite of what I had encountered with every other lawyer. I only WISH I had found her info and contacted her sooner than I did, but either way, I'm very pleased to say she got the denials overturned and got my benefits approved. It was so refreshing to just have someone actually hear me out and care, and most importantly get my benefits approved. She is THE BEST!! I contacted many lawyers, and let me say, she is in a class by herself. I had actually been told by someone else, "Oh Diane's your lawyer? Well, she's excellent, so you have nothing to worry about" and they were exactly right! One of the best things that was and still is the best about her is that she responds to you-I know this seems ridiculous to say, but most other lawyers blew me off whereas she maintains contact with you and will answer your emails, questions, etc as soon as she can. When you're her client, no matter how busy her schedule, she makes time for you and responds to questions and concerns unlike others. If you want someone who cares, who will actually take your case on, and fight for you when you can't, she's your lady! I hope I don't meet anyone in my situation, but if I ever do, she will always be the name I give to others applying for SSDI. Don't waste your time on others like I did, start here with her, I promise you, you won't regret it.

The Best for VA Appeal

I asked Diane to represent my husband in his VA disability appeal. Diane answered all our questions and put to rest many of our concerns. After 5 years of the VA dragging their feet and misplacing his file, he finally received the rating that he deserved. I'm so thankful that I happened to see her ad... in a lawyers' magazine.

RESULTS

I went to Diane because I had no clue what the process was or what I needed to apply for SSDI. Not only was she there to guide me on what I needed she was there every time I had a question no matter how small the question she would answer with a complete answers that would detail exactly what is goin...g on or what is needed. If you've been in the military and have a VA rating this is the lawyer to go and see if you qualify for SSDI. Extremely professional.

Thank you Diane!

Diane was our lawyer for my disability case. It was a long, frustrating and at many times confusing time for my wife and I. We had 2 hearings and spent years waiting for our decision. Through all of this, Diane never lost hope and didn't allow us to lose hope either. She explained each step of the pr...ocess, kept us aware of anything going on and encouraged us onward. She literally held our hands through a very difficult time in our lives! When we had our first hearing and it was continued, she was just as devastated as us but continued to fight for us and pushed us along the way. Whenever we had a question or just needed to check in, she responded promptly and kept us engaged throughout the process. She is an excellent attorney and we are so thankful for her and her services. We definitely could not have come this far without her. Mahalo nunui, Diane. Our family appreciates all that you did for us.

Social Security Disability

Diane Haar has been a real blessing for me as my attorney. From the very start when I first met her I could feel her passion, sincerity, humility and honesty from within. During the SSA disability process I experienced many trying times, but with her encouragement, guidance and in depth knowledge it ...made the process a lot easier. I really appreciated being able to email her with any questions as she would promptly answer them all! I highly recommend for anyone not do this process alone. You want someone who is in your corner and takes a no nonsense approach. Anyone who needs help with their SSA claims should give Diane a call. She is highly regarded and respected within her specialized field of law. I couldn’t have done this without her. I’m truly grateful!

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
