Great experience

Diane C. Haar has a wonderful team, very comprehensive, very prepared. We had social security disability case. The office is professional and prompt in all of the responses. The process went from being frustrating and confusing when I was doing it on my own to straightforward and although it still ...took a long time, the Attorney and her team was completely supportive, knowledgeable and well informed. We were completely supported all along the way. They are very good at screening the case and they are very honest whether or not the case has merit. Even afterward, when I had questions the office staff was there to answer questions and help with the bureaucracy.

Absolutely, the best Disability Lawyer!

Came to my hospital bed to interview me for my case, the system is backed up but she never failed to keep me updated as to my case's schedule. Worked with me to identify my doctors, hospital records, surgery, etc. and kept it concise and focused on my injury/disability. Also treated me with kindness ...and her associates are extremely helpful and informative so if you cannot reach Ms. Harr, you will get someone who WILL help you get in touch with her. A great group of human beings, I felt well taken care of and respected and listened to, for once.

Highly Recommended

I have nothing but praise for attorney Diane Haar. Diane and her staff appealed my initial disability denial and I was lucky to have a quick approval for my earned SSDI benefits. Diane and her staff always responded to my questions quickly and to follow up on communications from SSDI. I chose Diane ...Haar after seeing her impressive educational qualifications, that includes a Masters in Public Health, which I felt was a plus since she is dealing with medical issues. Our initial meeting was in Hilo since she travels on a regular basis from Oahu to the Big Island. Diane is a delightful person who made us feel comfortable discussing my conditions. I always felt that I was getting personal attention during the process

Highly recommended!!

I called Diane after reading positive online reviews. I came to her 3 years into my social security case and about a month or so away from my hearing. I realized that I had no chance of winning my case without her help. I was able to meet with her quickly. She never rushed me. She listened and advise...d on what the appropriate steps were to take. We kept in touch, she put all of the information together for my case. We went in front of the ALJ for the hearing and we won the case. I am forever grateful to Diane. I'm really glad that she is the lawyer that I decided to call.

client

I am a 60 year old veteran and was unable to get a job due to my disability. Diane Haar listened to my concerns, understood the issues of my case and quickly submitted the necessary paperwork in order for me to be approved for social security benefits. Ms. Haar was amiable and professional in all o...f our interactions. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
