Great experience

Diane C. Haar has a wonderful team, very comprehensive, very prepared. We had social security disability case. The office is professional and prompt in all of the responses. The process went from being frustrating and confusing when I was doing it on my own to straightforward and although it still ...took a long time, the Attorney and her team was completely supportive, knowledgeable and well informed. We were completely supported all along the way. They are very good at screening the case and they are very honest whether or not the case has merit. Even afterward, when I had questions the office staff was there to answer questions and help with the bureaucracy.

Diane C. Haar is simply the best.

Diane C. Haar was a blessing to my family and I. She listened and fought for us. Diane is a warm and compassionate person. She took most of the stress of the situation off of me. Her staff was very helpful and professional. I put my trust in Diane and her team. I am so very glad that I did.

Second to None: A True Professional

I asked Attorney Diane Haar to represent me on my Social Security Disability Claim (which I found to be a very complex process) after my initial “self-filed” claim was disapproved. Selecting Attorney Haar turned out to be the best decision I could have made. She conducted a detailed interview with ...me, collected records from all the medical providers I have seen, and then accompanied me to the hearing before an administrative judge. Being 100% disabled veteran, I was confident and felt positive. However, the hearing did not go well, and I left disappointed. A few weeks after the hearing, I received the results in the mail; my claim was DISAPPROVED. Despite the unfavorable outcome, Atty Haar encouraged me not to give up and assured me that she will not stop pursuing my claim. True to her word, Atty Haar prepared an exhaustive appeal to a superior court for another hearing. Her appeal was approved and the second hearing was scheduled, with a different administrative judge. Day before my second hearing, Atty Haar provided some pointers on what to expect and acquainted me with the presiding judge’s background. Her guidance and presence during the hearing helped me regain my confidence, and I left feeling positive and hopeful. My claim took over five years and I am not patient enough to have endured the complexity of the process. I am certain I would have failed again without Atty Haar’s professional skills and knowledge. Attorney Haar’s dedication, perseverance, and high regard for disabled veterans like me were solely responsible for my disability claim being “APPROVED.” I cannot over emphasize the importance of the legal service Atty Haar provided me. If you are unable to work or stopped working due to disability, or are a Disabled Veteran, save yourself the high stress of the Social Security Disability application process, contact her at [email protected] or [email protected]. I highly recommend Attorney Diane Haar. She’s the best! "5

Fantastic SSA and VA disability attorney!

Anyone that has ever completed a disability application through the Social Security Administration or the VA would be able to attest to the fact that it is a lengthy and time-consuming process. When coupled with the reality that most claims are bound to face a denial or two, the process becomes all t...he more taxing and frustrating. The unfortunate truth is that most disability claims fluctuate between long periods of no activity and periods in which the claimant is bombarded with paperwork that must be completed in accordance with strict deadlines. It comes without surprise that many individuals endure many months or even years of frustration as they anxiously await the destiny of their disability claim. Often times, the process ends prematurely as many individuals are left feeling discouraged that their claim has any hope of success. For these reasons, it is a godsend that there are individuals like Diane who are not only extremely knowledgeable about the process but also willing to go the extra mile to ensure claimants get the benefits that they are entitled to. Diane handles her cases with absolute professionalism and makes the process as simple for the claimant as possible. Her motto is to let her worry so that you don't have to. With that said, there is not a doubt in my mind that she truly believes in the individuals she serves and will run alongside you even when you are exhausted and it appears the marathon is over.

Diane Haar has been a real blessing for me as my attorney. From the very start when I first met her I could feel her passion, sincerity, humility and honesty from within. During the SSA disability process I experienced many trying times, but with her encouragement, guidance and in depth knowledge it ...made the process a lot easier. I really appreciated being able to email her with any questions as she would promptly answer them all! I highly recommend for anyone not do this process alone. You want someone who is in your corner and takes a no nonsense approach. Anyone who needs help with their SSA claims should give Diane a call. She is highly regarded and respected within her specialized field of law. I couldn’t have done this without her. I’m truly grateful!
