Diane Haar Hawaii Disability Services lawyer

My lawyer Diane Haar was absolutely amazing. She took my case when no one else would. She is a smart, intelligent and very loyal to her clients. She worked effectively and diligently on my case. She believed in my case and more importantly, she believed in me. My case was on appeal and after getting... all the facts in order,, I won. If it was not for Diane being on my side I would not have won. Thank you Diane for your expert services.

Fully Favorable Judge's Decision

After having my initial application for Social Security Disability Benefits denied and having the denial upheld on reconsideration, I began my search for an attorney to take my case. The first attorney I contacted declined to take my case (she indicated that she did not have much success with cases ...with my condition). The second attorney was non-committal. Then I found Diane and she took my case at our first meeting. Nearly 7 years ago I was diagnosed with a debilitating condition and unable to work. I struggled for over 3 years to become a contributing member of society again, but it became abundantly clear that I would not be able to return to work. Nearly 3-1/2 years ago I applied for Social Security Disability benefits and over a year later it was denied. I requested a reconsideration and it took over another year for the denial to be upheld. At that point I was at a lost and decided to retain the services of an attorney who has experience in the Social Security Disability process. The first 2 attorneys did not work out. I then found Diane and she took my case. I felt very comfortable with Diane and she kept me apprised of the progress of my case. She prepared my case file and represented me at my appeals hearing. It has been about 3 years and 3 months since my initial application, but I just received word from Diane that she just received the judge's fully favorable decision in my case! Wonderful! If you are searching for an attorney to represent you in your Social Security Disability appeal, I recommend Diane without any reservation.

Second to None: A True Professional

I asked Attorney Diane Haar to represent me on my Social Security Disability Claim (which I found to be a very complex process) after my initial “self-filed” claim was disapproved. Selecting Attorney Haar turned out to be the best decision I could have made. She conducted a detailed interview with ...me, collected records from all the medical providers I have seen, and then accompanied me to the hearing before an administrative judge. Being 100% disabled veteran, I was confident and felt positive. However, the hearing did not go well, and I left disappointed. A few weeks after the hearing, I received the results in the mail; my claim was DISAPPROVED. Despite the unfavorable outcome, Atty Haar encouraged me not to give up and assured me that she will not stop pursuing my claim. True to her word, Atty Haar prepared an exhaustive appeal to a superior court for another hearing. Her appeal was approved and the second hearing was scheduled, with a different administrative judge. Day before my second hearing, Atty Haar provided some pointers on what to expect and acquainted me with the presiding judge’s background. Her guidance and presence during the hearing helped me regain my confidence, and I left feeling positive and hopeful. My claim took over five years and I am not patient enough to have endured the complexity of the process. I am certain I would have failed again without Atty Haar’s professional skills and knowledge. Attorney Haar’s dedication, perseverance, and high regard for disabled veterans like me were solely responsible for my disability claim being “APPROVED.” I cannot over emphasize the importance of the legal service Atty Haar provided me. If you are unable to work or stopped working due to disability, or are a Disabled Veteran, save yourself the high stress of the Social Security Disability application process, contact her at [email protected] or [email protected]. I highly recommend Attorney Diane Haar. She’s the best! "5

Diance is fantastic. ERS Disiability Case.

My case was a State retirement disability. My application was turned down and I hired another lawyer for an appeal. He took my money upfront, did nothing, then quit on me. Lady luck smiled on me when I found Diane Haar and her Hawaii Disability Legal Services team. She took my case and put togeth...er an amazing appeal which reversed the denial. The appeal brief she put together was above and beyond what I expected. It was amazing! I can't say enough great things about Diane Haar. Brilliant, nice, caring, efficient, thorough, knows the law and does her research! I have dealt with lawyers professionally & personally throughout my life and Diane is by far the best. I can't thank her enough! If she takes your case, you are in the best of hands!
