In January of this year I was pulled over for a DUI and found Jason through the website called Avvo. Since I have had unpleasant experiences with attorneys in the past I was skeptical about hiring one for my case. With that being said, as soon as I spoke with Jason I was immediately relieved to find ...that I had found a reliable and honest attorney. Early in the year I had decided to head up North to visit a friend 12 hours away to get away from the City & enjoy a peaceful green week vacation. Long story short, I had a 3 beers 4 hours before getting on the road. 7 hours later was pulled over for no tags (new vehicle) was incarcerated for a DUI. ...After speaking to several attorney's, Jasen Nielsen was the only one that stood out. Unfortunately, I was charged with a DUI, Jasen Nielsen helped me get past it. With his extreme experience with the charges as well as his political ties in the courts, I was able to get a decent sentence, avoiding some of the harsher penalties of the conviction. I had a specific situation that woul...d not allow me to accomplish the court's demands on my conviction. Jasen helped the persuade the court to convenience me. After the case was over, the incident wasn't. I kept receiving bills and other documentation requiring me to do more work and pay more money for a misdemeanor that I had already paid my dues for. Jasen helped provide further information on the matter and did not charge for his services, even though he sent multiple emails, documents, information, and helpful material that would in the end help better the situation as well as allow me the best information for that matter. Also, Jasen was very honest and upfront with this terms, wages, and information in the matter. He would tell me if it was worth hiring him or not for specific situations and the truth about fighting such a case. He also helped me to get my DUI expunged within less than 2 years. With his immense help and expertise, it was almost as if my conviction never happened. To this day I am extremely thankful I hired him to represent me in court and had him on my side whenever I wanted to seek any kind of counseling. I do thoroughly recommend Jasen.

We sometimes take services for granted. We think 'That person is just doing his job' or 'I have paid that person'. We expect no less than what is expected and we don't think much more about it if more was given. We don't stop and think about it and appreciate it. Jasen did his job for me and he ma...de it pleasant. Dealing with a DUI is hard, one shouldn't have to suffer more than what the law requires. I didn't feel like a filthy criminal, he treated me like a normal human being who made a mistake. Jasen was flexible, met with me when it was convenient for me, made things easier for me, and didn't leave till he was sure things were taken care of. Plus, he's a pretty nice guy. It felt like a friend was helping me, not some business-minded lawyer in a cold, sterile, corporate office. Thanks to Jasen, my experience was nice, as nice as a DUI could be. He did his job and more, and I appreciate it.

I had a lot of concerns & anxiety before meeting Jasen.
