The Worst

Not professional but what should you expect by an attorney that thinks he is above the law, and is in the news about get charged with a misdemeanor. Although he will straight out tell you "It doesn't matter I get paid anyways". If your future is in the hands of choosing a good attorney, DO NOT CHOOSE... THIS ONE!

Excellent Attorney.

He is extremely knowledgeable of the mechanics of a DUI trial and has an excellent grasp of what it takes to win a case. DUring trial, the "People's Expert" could not recall the exact formula used to determine whether a person is intoxicated or not. Mr. Ahart, proceeded to write the formula on the ...chalkboard for the expert without thinking twice. (I later learned its called the 'Widmark's formula.) He knew more than the expert did! An excellent attorney.
