Horrible attorney. Waste of money and time. Dear in the headlights is exactly an accurate statement. She is extremely unprepared and is very incorrect in statements regarding law in family court. I hired a different lawyer after firing her and discovered she was either lieing to me or was ignorant of... the statues in my case. Her lack of preparation and ignorance in the statues will do more damage to your case than you can imagine. Your bill will seem like she has been diligently working on your case, but your experience in the court will show you you've been bamboozled. If you care about your case, find someone who will too. She is not the one. I only wished I seen the previous reviews throughout the internet prior to wasting energy and money with her.

Kim has been a breath of fresh air, and really is on top of it, paperwork is almost instantaneous. She also sends itemized receipts to ensure you know where your retainer is going. She is not hard to get in contact with and makes sure she works with your schedule. Additionally she actually cares ...about what your going through and takes the time to offer additional services, and educational options to help you either get through your situation or understand the opposing party. Would and have recommended her to many.

Kim will tell you one thing and do another. She should not be trusted to represent anyone for important family matters. I initially hoped that despite her cold demeanor and terse approach that she cared. I was wrong. She will not explain the process and will sign things on your behalf without tellin...g you. With Kim, you will be confused, uninformed and misrepresented. The outcome of your case will be what best suits Kim, not you. She will eventually prove to you that she really doesn’t care about her clients, their families or their future.

Kim is the best! I’ve represented divorce couples in selling their real estate in many occasions. I’ve had the chance to speak with their attorneys as well. Now that it’s my time to get divorced, I didn’t even consult with those attorneys. I was not confident with them to say the least. Kim was ref...erred to me by another friend. After my initial consult, I knew right away Kim is on a different ball game. She is there to represent me. She is sharp, she answered all my concerns and questions in an informative matter. I like details and she has given me items to research to appease my concerns. In our meetings, she didn’t rush me, nor pushed me into doing things. She even took the time to personally respond to my emails and call me back when needed. She is calm and confident, professional and knowledgeable. She is present and ready to rock at all court hearings. She negotiated the items important to me. Her staff is amazing too!
