Made My Trust Update Stress-Free

I first worked with Christine in 2013 when she created my original trust, and I recently returned to her for updates. Just like the first time, she she made the entire process of updating my trust smooth and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, was always quick to respond to my questions, a...nd handled the details with both professionalism and compassion. What stood out most to me was her ability to simplify a process that can often feel overwhelming. I always felt like I was in good hands and that my best interests were being looked after. If you’re looking for an attorney who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about her clients, I highly recommend Christine. She truly goes above and beyond. Christine is SIMPLY THE BEST.

Advice during trust administration

Christine answered all of my questions thoroughly, patiently and very knowledgeably. She was excellent at listening to everything I had to say. The matter is a complicated one that involves classic dramatic family dynamics but I truly feel like she helped me navigate the situation with expert care an...d attention. I wouldn't hesitate to call upon her again and bug her about any random detail or matters of extreme importance (sometimes they are one and the same)! She would be there to provide opinions I could rely on.

Christine is the best!!!

Christine is really great she is a real detective. She digs up all of the information and goes so much further than you had expected. In a few hours she had it down. I am so glad she is working with me. She keeps me informed and gets excited as I do.

Excellent Help, Knowledgeable, Efficient, Trustworthy, and Respectful To Client

After firing one attorney for poor representation, my case was a mess and I was in a pickle. Christine James offered to step in and help. That she did. She got the results I wanted and I still have my first born child.. LOL I have worked with several attorneys over the years and although most w...ere very good lawyers, winning lawyers, without exception, they were also very obtuse, rude, jaded and annoying! I had began to think they had to be that way in order to get results... On the other hand, I wondered if Ms. James was either a brand new attorney who hadn't sharpened her honed her sarcasm yet, or if she had some how missed taking the required "Obnoxious 101" in law school... She was that pleasant to work with.. I was very surprised to learn that she has been practicing law for 20 years... and boy oh boy, did she ever get the results I asked her to get for me! Hire this attorney folks, she will get the job done for you, and she won't charge an arm and a leg. She cares about your individual case and she will get results!

She gave me good advice but did not let me know which forms l have to fill to request from judge about publishing or posting notice . After my research l found it is Form FL-980
