also known as Francis Xavier Pray, Frank Pray
About Frank Pray, Employment Attorney:
I've learned much over the 45 years of my career as a litigator. For the last 25-plus years, I've devoted exclusively to employment law, leveling the field for employees. I am a civil rights lawyer representing persons fired, laid off, or demoted because of race, sex, sexual orientation, sexual identity, religion, age, medical leave use, disability, national origin, and ethnicity. I also represent employees who "blow the whistle" at work and are fired or harassed for doing so. I also cover privacy and defamation issues arising out of employment. For currently employed workers, I review and advise regarding severance agreements, employment agreements, and "trade secret & confidentiality agreements," including those that wrongly restrict the right to compete and find re-employment. I also sue for unpaid wages, bonuses and commissions, and meal and rest break violations.
I graduated from the ABA-approved University of San Diego School of Law and was published in the school's Law Review. After law school, I completed a two-year Executive MBA program at the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.
I am an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section, and am a past Section Chairperson. I am also a California Labor and Employment Lawyers Association member, dedicated to employee rights. I belong to the Sacramento County and San Francisco County Bar Associations, Labor & Employment Law Sections.
I understand and appreciate the role of business in society. Every business should earn profits by playing according to the rules of law and basic decency. My passion is to be a top-level advocate for employees, fighting to get to the truth, despite the objections and obfuscations of the defense.

"Frank is one of the most gifted plaintiffs' lawyers in Southern California and, by extension, the country. He knows practically everything there is to know about labor and employment litigation, and he cares passionately about his clients. I would trust him to counsel and represent my loved ones in an employment dispute, and in fact, I've gone to him for advice more than once for just that reason."
"I endorse Frank. Frank is a respected member of the Orange County employee rights legal community. He seems to have great passion for the law and for his clients."
"Frank is one of the smartest and nicest lawyers I know. His knowledge of labor law and employment issues is based on many years of in-the-trenches representation of employees. His integrity is unsurpassed. You will not find a better or more caring lawyer to assist you with any problem you present to him within his area of expertise. Needless to say, I endorse this lawyer with the highest possible endorsement."
"I worked with Frank on about a dozen employment cases. He is very knowledgeable about employment law and very passionate about helping employees with their disputes. I heartily recommend him to anyone needing representation in this area."
