Empoyment Discrimination
We hired Patricia to defend us in a discrimination case brought on by a disgruntled former employee. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and very personable. She advised us at several points that it would be less expensive to settle but we wanted to pursue it and she stuck with us and got the resolution we wanted, A total win! Will definitely hire her again when the need arises.

Labor Commission Claim
I was hit with an outrageous and fraudulent CA labor commission claim from a disgruntled employee in the SIX figures. Ms. Savage was quick to grasp the weaknesses of the claim and represented us effectively and with passion during the LB hearing. The result was a six figure claim being reduced to about $900. She understands small business and I would recommend her highly.

So glad to have her on my side
I hired Patricia for an issue I'm having with people I hired. The client for this project was also very difficult. I don't want to get into too much details but lets just say I'm extremely glad Patricia is on my team. She's extremely knowledgable and very experienced. This is actually the third time requiring her services. The first time was an EDD issue for my company and the results were totally in my favor. The second time I had an issue from a client that didn't want to pay. After Patrica got involved, my client paid right away. Best lawyer ever.

Third case in two years- all great outcomes!
My first introduction to Patricia was a recommendation by a colleague in the same business and had wonderful results. I was forced out of a medical practice after a corporation bought it and required I see more patients per hour. It was beyond what I felt was proper patient-care, and they kept me on for two more years at 4 patients an hour since I was the primary practitioner and had great patient-provider rapport, and it gave the corporation and new graduate time to gauge the amount of visits they could squeeze out of our mostly Medicare retired community. They figured out the metric with the freshly-minted dermatologist who had 50% stake in the practice, fronted by the corporation. Forced out, but with plenty of experience and other practices trying to hire me, I was scooped up by an old colleague. He told me about Patricia, and how the treatment was incongruent with the labor laws. I ended up settling in about 3-months for a sizable amount, and could have rolled the dice and taken it to the labor board and possibly forcing a settlement over three time what I received. Patricia explained to me the pros and cons of going for the long haul, including the customary % of the settlement and penalties due the lawyer after the court hearing, and I felt she could have made out better by battling it out, but encouraged me to take the sizable settlement with minimal representation costs. By the way, the plaintiff hired a well-known San Francisco labor law litigation team, and Patricia had them "on the ropes" from the beginning, and they saw that she knew the law, and advised the plaintiff corporation to settle almost right away. Who knew a smaller town litigator could make big business and a profits first/ patients second corporation and medical provider bend to the laws of the land- Patricia did it. The second time I retained her was when I was going to contract with a local native american tribal clinic, and she said she could look over the contract, but had little faith in a fair dealing if we were to terminate the contract against my will, due to sovereign nation status. When we did sever ties, I wrote it off, as again I was contracted immediately in my specialty by another clinic. I contacted her a third time, and it was regarding the contract they provided to me, which was actually written for a locum tenens facilitator providing temporary help to the clinic. She explained the detail to me in terms I completely understood, wrote up a new independent contractor agreement that the clinic immediately agreed to, and also agreed that it protected both myself and the clinic from future issues. I consider it, along with the other two cases she defended or advised me for my agreeing to terms, to be money well-spent. I will always confer with her in my labor law issues.

Driven by Integrity
I hired the service of Patricia Savage to assist me with an illegal employment issue I was dealing with. She gave me a free consultation and explained how the systems involved operate and explanined the potential actions that might follow if I hired her to represent me. She was very personable and helpful as she walked me through it. I hired her and she exemplified levels of honesty and integrity that can be rare to find in the field of law. She wasn't motivated by money but by principal, justice, and accountability for those involved. She was transparent and supportive throughout the process. She always made it clear that she worked for me and I was the one to make final decisions in the case. She represented me extrememly well and settled with the other party out of court and to my satisfaction! I highly recommend Patricia Savage as a highly qualified, experienced, professional and would not hesitate to hire her services again should the need arise.

Good hearted excellent lawyer!
Patricia is the best lawyer I have ever worked with. She made me a priority. She was highly responsive via email and made room on her calendar to see me quickly. Great communication. I received invaluable information from her during a consultation. She helped me with 2 cases. She is a great listener and has the knowledge to provide solid advise and guidance. I wish she was also a divorce lawyer. :) I strongly recommend her.

The best
Patricia treated me like family, providing great advice/expert legal assistance. She did not judge, often worked last minute to ensure I received the right outcome. We dealt with federal investigators/accusations that were false, Patricia stood her ground to make sure I was treated fairly. We jumped from employment issues to possible criminal and she took it in stride. Anyone needing assistance, don’t look elsewhere for help.

The Right Lawyer For The Job.
Patricia has been amazing! What I loved the most about working with Patricia is she didn't over promise anything, nor did she under promise. She gives you a level evaluation of the situation and then executes. I would recommend Patricia as your first call no matter the situation. If she can't do it she will defiantly send you in the right direction.

Exactly the lawyer I needed at a difficult time!
I was a long term employee abruptly separated from my position. I live out of town but professional colleagues recommended Ms. Savage to me for employment law. She was immediately available when I called and even arranged to meet me on a Saturday morning because I had a very time sensitive issue. Ms. Savage immediately grasped the key elements of my case, and I honestly felt that she was angered on my behalf and would give my case her full attention. She was very compassionate, but when I told her that my case may need to be litigated in a large city against a complete legal firm- her reply was without hesitation, and she told me she would prefer that to be the case. I am from a family of prosecutors, and I know that you need a lawyer who will negotiate with skill, but also be unafraid to litigate if necessary. I had personal access to her throughout my ordeal, she knew my case intimately and was honest with both the good news and bad. She did not at any time pressure me, but kept me informed. She was amazing in her communication to my former employer, and due to her skill and commitment I am now happily in a new position and feel grateful that my path led me to her. I would give her 100 stars if I could. She put me at ease in a very difficult time and made me feel I had someone on my side. My case would not have had a happy ending if I had failed to call her. She is everything a lawyer should be, honest, kind, tough and fair.

Ms. Savage is Splendid
I was fortunate enough to find Ms. Savage through a mutual friend when looking for an attorney to help with the overwhelming labor laws that is California. She immediately put my mind at ease with her affable and poised personality. I found her to be very intuitive and helped our company tremendously with complicated employment issues. Ms. Savage has a special ability to impart confidence in who she represents. She has the experience to project an outcome and even if the outcome of your case may not be positive, she will never sugar-coat the truth, which I find refreshing and essential.

Excellent Attorney
Patricia has helped our company achieve practical solutions when dealing with wage claims and other employment issues over the last year. I have found her to be very personable, competent, and efficient as an attorney. What I appreciate most is that when you hire Patricia, you feel like you have a true advocate that is 100% in your corner. She gives you a clear-eyed view of the situation (good or bad) but remains supportive and willing to spend the time with you to troubleshoot. I feel very fortunate to have met Patricia Savage and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

Don't Hesitate to consult Patricia Savage first
Patricia Savage got the job done! The decisions were always mine to make. Patricia was there to guide me in the right direction for me. She was a very caring and knowledgeable attorney with my case. Patricia's determination to get a quick settlement (my decision) in my favor was very evident as responses to the defendant were swift and powerful. She was very responsive to my needs even with a lot of other work on her plate. Her staff was very helpful and always available. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Patricia if I needed an employment and or labor attorney in the future. I give a 5 Star rating for Patricia Savage.

Best Lawyer
A close associate referred Patricia Savage to us at a time when we needed an attorney to assist us. We were facing a claim for unpaid wages and some other claims for damages. From our very first meeting with Patricia, we realized that this was the person we were going to trust with handling our case. She was very thorough and took all the time to explain to us what we were up to as this claim went before the labor board. She obviously knew what she was talking about and her knowledge in this respect was extensive to say the least. She guided us through the process and educated us of all the possible outcomes. To make a long story short, she was instrumental in negotiating a settlement between both parties that kept everybody happy. In doing so she saved our company enormous costs that would have been involved in litigating this claim. In the end both parties came to an agreement and went away happy. I think this was a great ending to a, what would have been, an extensive and costly process for both parties. Patricia was great and I would highly recommend her to any one facing any kind of labor dispute. She knows what she is doing and most definitely the entire process. Her guidance was immense in this case and we will always have her to back us up in the future.

Patricia Savage was very professional and to the point. She did not waste time or money - quickly resolved a very stressful issue against a large foundation, secured a settlement and insured the matter was fully complete. I am a business owner and will contuine to work with Patricia to support the legal needs of my business.

Excellent!!! Went above and beyond!
Patricia was asked to come aboard and face off against 4 other attorneys and a retired judge and met them head on while maintaining her carefree but professional disposition. Even though she was originally hired to "just" provide council for a labor claim, she helped out in other areas that were not necessarily area of expertise. This was no ordinary case but she remained unflappable when pitted against "the good ole boys." She took us through from beginning to end. We started out with a labor claim, then an very promising initial meeting with the Labor Commissioner. Finally, after a less than favorable showing at the hearing when the opposing side seemed to pull in some favors to sway the Commissioners views, she was abel to settle with a very tidy sum that made it all worth it. She always kept us informed and didn't hesitate to fire back when it looked like things weren't going to go our way, making sure we had a successful outcome. I would recommend her 100%. Thank you Patricia.

Best Lawyer Ever.......
Patricia and her staff are very personable and easily gained my trust. I immediately felt as though I had found a protector and someone on my side. Patricia was positive from the first moment, eased my anxiety and knew the type of person with whom I was dealing. Susan and her staff showed concerned about me as a person and how this was affecting me personally, professionally, and health wise. They kept me well informed and answered every question clearly, concisely and understood my confusion with matters of law. Patricia took quick decisive action and was on top of what was happening every minute. Patricia and staff exceeded my hopes and expectations. I felt confident I was being taken care of. Fabulous communication. Patricia and her staff work as a team and were the best choice to help me through this trying time. I never felt alone.

Fair,!honest and Passionate
Patricia took my commissions case and from day 1 had my back and I felt at ease. She was thorough and aggressive with the opposing attorney and knew the law. She was also very fair in what she billed me for. As tough as it was to go through this she had my back the whole way.

Wrongful termination
I found myself in a difficult situation at work with only two weeks left before my retirement. I was afraid that they might fire me which might result in the loss of my pension and retirement health benefits. I contacted six different attorneys and all were too busy to help in the rapid manner that was required in this situation. By some piece of wonderful luck I was able to contact Patricia and she agreed to help me. I met with her a day later and she was like a ball of fire. She was e-mailing and calling and faxing all of the pertinent parties before I left her office and within a week she obtained a positive result for me. She was understanding, helpful and completely knowledgeable about all of the aspects of my situation and she really protected me. I feel like I found the best possible person to help me and I am so thankful for her intelligence and compassion. If you find yourself in any work related difficulty I would without a doubt recommend Patricia. I feel like I not only found a wonderful attorney but also a friend.
