Third case in two years- all great outcomes!

My first introduction to Patricia was a recommendation by a colleague in the same business and had wonderful results. I was forced out of a medical practice after a corporation bought it and required I see more patients per hour. It was beyond what I felt was proper patient-care, and they kept me on ...for two more years at 4 patients an hour since I was the primary practitioner and had great patient-provider rapport, and it gave the corporation and new graduate time to gauge the amount of visits they could squeeze out of our mostly Medicare retired community. They figured out the metric with the freshly-minted dermatologist who had 50% stake in the practice, fronted by the corporation. Forced out, but with plenty of experience and other practices trying to hire me, I was scooped up by an old colleague. He told me about Patricia, and how the treatment was incongruent with the labor laws. I ended up settling in about 3-months for a sizable amount, and could have rolled the dice and taken it to the labor board and possibly forcing a settlement over three time what I received. Patricia explained to me the pros and cons of going for the long haul, including the customary % of the settlement and penalties due the lawyer after the court hearing, and I felt she could have made out better by battling it out, but encouraged me to take the sizable settlement with minimal representation costs. By the way, the plaintiff hired a well-known San Francisco labor law litigation team, and Patricia had them "on the ropes" from the beginning, and they saw that she knew the law, and advised the plaintiff corporation to settle almost right away. Who knew a smaller town litigator could make big business and a profits first/ patients second corporation and medical provider bend to the laws of the land- Patricia did it. The second time I retained her was when I was going to contract with a local native american tribal clinic, and she said she could look over the contract, but had little faith in a fair dealing if we were to terminate the contract against my will, due to sovereign nation status. When we did sever ties, I wrote it off, as again I was contracted immediately in my specialty by another clinic. I contacted her a third time, and it was regarding the contract they provided to me, which was actually written for a locum tenens facilitator providing temporary help to the clinic. She explained the detail to me in terms I completely understood, wrote up a new independent contractor agreement that the clinic immediately agreed to, and also agreed that it protected both myself and the clinic from future issues. I consider it, along with the other two cases she defended or advised me for my agreeing to terms, to be money well-spent. I will always confer with her in my labor law issues.

Good hearted excellent lawyer!

Patricia is the best lawyer I have ever worked with. She made me a priority. She was highly responsive via email and made room on her calendar to see me quickly. Great communication. I received invaluable information from her during a consultation. She helped me with 2 cases. She is a great l...istener and has the knowledge to provide solid advise and guidance. I wish she was also a divorce lawyer. :) I strongly recommend her.

Best Lawyer

A close associate referred Patricia Savage to us at a time when we needed an attorney to assist us. We were facing a claim for unpaid wages and some other claims for damages. From our very first meeting with Patricia, we realized that this was the person we were going to trust with handling our case.... She was very thorough and took all the time to explain to us what we were up to as this claim went before the labor board. She obviously knew what she was talking about and her knowledge in this respect was extensive to say the least. She guided us through the process and educated us of all the possible outcomes. To make a long story short, she was instrumental in negotiating a settlement between both parties that kept everybody happy. In doing so she saved our company enormous costs that would have been involved in litigating this claim. In the end both parties came to an agreement and went away happy. I think this was a great ending to a, what would have been, an extensive and costly process for both parties. Patricia was great and I would highly recommend her to any one facing any kind of labor dispute. She knows what she is doing and most definitely the entire process. Her guidance was immense in this case and we will always have her to back us up in the future.

Not the best experience

Dealing with Patricia is exhausting. She acted in a way that was not professional, personally offended me numerous times and is a nightmare to communicate with. I wouldn't hire her again.
