In an effort to provide some knowledge to the public on the way this attorney handles clients I have taken some time to share my experience. First of all, I spent very little time dealing with her personally as she hires someone else to do her work for her. In my experience, Kris (her assistant) was ...an absolute nightmare. She started out very professional and kind. Until we ran into some numbers that didnt add up and required some extra thinking, she didnt like that at all. They jerked us around for almost a week and in the end it was a huge discrepancy on there part we found out later from a new attorney. They don't actually "know" anything and I say that because they literally have a built in reference system that they go by and refer to in order answer questions. Certain things they are not up to date on like the personal injury loss exemption. It was updated a few years ago and pain&suffering is in fact included. Anyway, when I tried to change attorneys Kris gave me the hardest time. Granted I respect her decision to take caution before speaking to Linda before signing anything but my goodness her attitude! She rolled her eyes at me and threw her hands in the air telling me "IM NOT SIGNING ANYTHING!". When I requested my paperwork she says "there ya go" while rolling her eyes and shoving it toward me. If your looking for a smooth sailing bankruptcy please steer clear of this place. Thanks

She was very kind, and listened quietly. She answered all of their questions. We met with Linda Louder less than 24 hours prior to an upcoming court date. Though my custody case is highly conflictual and lengthy, Linda took the time to sit with me and go over every aspect of the case. Listened, to me attentively with patience and understanding. Linda understood what it was t...hat I wanted and explained to me in a way that made it easy to understand what would take place and what would be the best action to take. In court, all I can say simply is "wow" she made an almost impossible situation that never had agreements between myself and the other party happen with great ease. Linda was effective, thorough and to the point with the courts and my ex wife. What happened in court today with Linda is what has not been accomplished in almost 6 years with countless court dates and apearances.
