Linda Marie Louder

Deciding to file bankruptcy was a scary situation, until I walked into Linda's office. I knew nothing about it, and was nervous as could be. After talking to Linda on the phone setting up an appointment to meet her, I already felt comfortable. Our first meeting, she seen I was unsure what I wanted to... do. She told me what to expect and was very clear on how things would go, even said if that meant going with other legal representation, she wanted me to be comfortable with my decision. Her paralegal Kris and assistant James were also wonderful! Anytime I had a question throughout the whole process, they were great at answering my questions and breaking things down for me. Emails were answered right away, and if messages were left, a call back was returned right away. They were accommodating to my husbands work schedule and everything, making this experience as smooth as fast as it could possibly go! I can't thank them enough! What a great team! I highly recommend Linda!

In an effort to provide some knowledge to the public on the way this attorney handles clients I have taken some time to share my experience. First of all, I spent very little time dealing with her personally as she hires someone else to do her work for her. In my experience, Kris (her assistant) was ...an absolute nightmare. She started out very professional and kind. Until we ran into some numbers that didnt add up and required some extra thinking, she didnt like that at all. They jerked us around for almost a week and in the end it was a huge discrepancy on there part we found out later from a new attorney. They don't actually "know" anything and I say that because they literally have a built in reference system that they go by and refer to in order answer questions. Certain things they are not up to date on like the personal injury loss exemption. It was updated a few years ago and pain&suffering is in fact included. Anyway, when I tried to change attorneys Kris gave me the hardest time. Granted I respect her decision to take caution before speaking to Linda before signing anything but my goodness her attitude! She rolled her eyes at me and threw her hands in the air telling me "IM NOT SIGNING ANYTHING!". When I requested my paperwork she says "there ya go" while rolling her eyes and shoving it toward me. If your looking for a smooth sailing bankruptcy please steer clear of this place. Thanks

I took my parents to Mrs. Louders office, to have them discuss creating a trust for them. I sat with them in her office while they discussed all their estate plannings needs. She was very kind, and listened quietly. She answered all of their questions. When they left her office they were very happy. ...Subsequently she prepared a living trust, and a retirement trust for them. I will always appreciate her kindness and knowledge
