Linda Marie Louder

We met with Linda Louder less than 24 hours prior to an upcoming court date. Though my custody case is highly conflictual and lengthy, Linda took the time to sit with me and go over every aspect of the case. Listened, to me attentively with patience and understanding. Linda understood what it was t...hat I wanted and explained to me in a way that made it easy to understand what would take place and what would be the best action to take. In court, all I can say simply is "wow" she made an almost impossible situation that never had agreements between myself and the other party happen with great ease. Linda was effective, thorough and to the point with the courts and my ex wife. What happened in court today with Linda is what has not been accomplished in almost 6 years with countless court dates and apearances. I will continue to use Linda Louder and her Law Group in the future. I highly recommend her.

I'm a dad with an ex who will give me no peace. Still, my interest is in making things fair and reasonable between me and my ex for my daughter's sake, not taking my ex to the cleaners. Linda has given me sound advice, whether I wanted to hear it or not, and has represented me in court. She is very understanding, not only of the issues related to my case, but also of my emotions. She is respectful to me and others in our dealings, including my ex, but has gotten aggressive and played hardball when necessary. Linda has very good judgment and a level head. She also knows her way around family law, as vague, illogical and biased as it can be. Linda has helped me immensely, which is why I will have mixed feeling when I no longer need her services; she has become a friend. I highly recommend her!

If you're looking for someone to fight your Nevada County DUI with her very last breath, look at Linda Louder. She didn't let up until the DMV and D.A. both dropped my case. Without her help, I would have represented myself and gotten convicted of a DUI for my troubles. I can't tell you how much grie...f and money she saved me.
