In an effort to provide some knowledge to the public on the way this attorney handles clients I have taken some time to share my experience. First of all, I spent very little time dealing with her personally as she hires someone else to do her work for her. In my experience, Kris (her assistant) was ...an absolute nightmare. She started out very professional and kind. Until we ran into some numbers that didnt add up and required some extra thinking, she didnt like that at all. They jerked us around for almost a week and in the end it was a huge discrepancy on there part we found out later from a new attorney. They don't actually "know" anything and I say that because they literally have a built in reference system that they go by and refer to in order answer questions. Certain things they are not up to date on like the personal injury loss exemption. It was updated a few years ago and pain&suffering is in fact included. Anyway, when I tried to change attorneys Kris gave me the hardest time. Granted I respect her decision to take caution before speaking to Linda before signing anything but my goodness her attitude! She rolled her eyes at me and threw her hands in the air telling me "IM NOT SIGNING ANYTHING!". When I requested my paperwork she says "there ya go" while rolling her eyes and shoving it toward me. If your looking for a smooth sailing bankruptcy please steer clear of this place. Thanks

We met with Linda Louder less than 24 hours prior to an upcoming court date. Though my custody case is highly conflictual and lengthy, Linda took the time to sit with me and go over every aspect of the case. Listened, to me attentively with patience and understanding. Linda understood what it was t...hat I wanted and explained to me in a way that made it easy to understand what would take place and what would be the best action to take. In court, all I can say simply is "wow" she made an almost impossible situation that never had agreements between myself and the other party happen with great ease. Linda was effective, thorough and to the point with the courts and my ex wife. Imagine having one of your closest relatives as your attorney. That’s the high level of service I got at the Louder Law Group. Linda was caring and told me the worst was over and that she would take it from here. She told me exactly what to do concerning my court ordered schooling and to stay in tou...ch. Call if I needed any help. During my consultation the process was explained from start to finish. They scour all documents. They found an insignificant clerical error and argued not just to the court but also to DMV on my behalf! The result was that my license was not suspended or restricted for even one day! And I didn’t have to pay all the fees associated with those hassles. When it was all done Linda petitioned the court and had the verdict expunged. Linda Louder was very knowledgeable when it came to my offenses. She was honest and up front with me about as to what her capabilities could for my case. I had multiple other lawyers use scare tacticts about what would happen with my sentencing if I didn't hire them and Linda responded exactly the op...posite and was able to calm me down and assure me that what I was told by other attorneys was not a probability and she was definitely correct. Mrs. Louder handled things in a much more professional manner than some other law offices I considered. I remembered her from years before when I had a friend in trouble and I consulted her and the fact that she was compassionate and honest with me is the reason why I confided in her this time with my own cases. If your attorney is not sympathetic or understanding to your situation than it is less likely they will try to obtain the best for you. I know for a fact she got me the best deal I could get considering I had two cases going on at one time
