Tom was the 3rd attorney I hired to get a joinder removed. The second attorney took several thousand dollars and did NOTHING for 14 months. I had been dealing with a family court case since 2010 with a horrible person. Allegations of abuse and neglect false domestic violence reports calls to cps and law enforcement! I was in a fierce custody battle with a Habitual Liar. No evidence just accusations. He even defended me in criminal case started by the mother stating that I came to her home and assaulted her and I didn't even know where she lived!
