Thomas Allen Neil

Tom was the 3rd attorney I hired to get a joinder removed. The second attorney took several thousand dollars and did NOTHING for 14 months. Tom called and sent her a letter; a week later it was handled. My other attorneys seemed to 'care' and SAID they knew how to handle a matter until they had my r...etainers. Once they had my $ NONE showed any indication they cared, nor were they either interested or able to do what they were paid to accomplish. Mr. Neil came off to me as a super knowledgable and ethical attorney. He provided me an honest assessment of my case and after discussing the facts, he recommended I find a different attorney that would be better suited for my matter. I worked with Tom on my pre-nup agreement. He helped me review and sign off the pre nup. Honestly one of the best lawyers I have worked with. Tom was great! He helped me resolve a child custody case that I had been trying to settle on my own for, literally, years. He was knowledgeable, resourceful, and experienced; he considered all angles and outcomes, and in the end, I was granted an order that gave me the custody rights I was seeking. I didn't think I would have enough money to hire a lawyer for my case, but Tom was able to do the work I needed done at a price that I could afford. I had been dealing with a family court case since 2010 with a horrible person. Allegations of abuse and neglect false domestic violence reports calls to cps and law enforcement! I was in a fierce custody battle with a Habitual Liar. No evidence just accusations. Thomas A Neil rolled up his sleeves he...lped defend me against domestic violence trail that was dropped before trial date! He even defended me in criminal case started by the mother stating that I came to her home and assaulted her and I didn't even know where she lived! So as you can imagine I burned through my retainer quickly but Thomas Neil believed in me and even completed a disposition for more custody at no charge to me. It was written so well I went to court 08/2016 and finally received the custody I wanted and ran circles around her and her council and I was pro per. I highly recommend Thomas A Neil! Listen to his advice be honest and if he can't help he'll let you know. He will try his hardest to save you money also. He is a honest law abiding attorney... I know that sounds hard to believe but I swear to you its true!!! If your being dragged through the mud and your not doing well and you know your a good person dealing with someone horrible like myself please call him you will not regret it!
