VERY Competent and Reasonable Family Law Attorney

Tom was the 3rd attorney I hired to get a joinder removed. The second attorney took several thousand dollars and did NOTHING for 14 months. Tom called and sent her a letter; a week later it was handled. My other attorneys seemed to 'care' and SAID they knew how to handle a matter until they had my r...etainers. Once they had my $ NONE showed any indication they cared, nor were they either interested or able to do what they were paid to accomplish. Tom Neil actually understands family law and he consistently has demonstrated to me that he actually cares about his clients. I recommend him highly. L. Taylor

Best Lawyer

I worked with Tom on my pre-nup agreement. He helped me review and sign off the pre nup. Honestly one of the best lawyers I have worked with. He is is very responsive, devoted to his work and truly one who has compassion and a warm personality that is genuine in all ways. He engages with his client a...nd is always welcoming. During my time with him, Tom was continuously involved and attentive during the whole process of the paper work. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced attorney. I truly, bias aside, firmly recommend Tom as an attorney who not only knows what he is doing, but likewise demonstrates dedication and passion to what he does in even the smallest of things - whether they be simple follow ups or courteous gestures. 5/5 stars earned.

The best lawyer I didn't hire

I was about to go to war with my father an in a 10 minute consultation, Thomas Neil calmed my emotions down and found me a solution that cost me the price of a certified letter. In addition the case in my state (Texas) was dismissed, saving me thousands in legal fee.

Invaluable Support Throughout

Tom Neil represented us in a child custody case initially and later in a parent-move situation. Besides ensuring all necessary paperwork was filed, Tom was extremely supportive. He took our calls and answered our questions even outside work hours. Tom explained confusing issues and suggested possible... options. He brought us back around to the proper perspective when issues seemed overwhelming or negative. This alone was invaluable. In an emergency situation, Tom rescheduled other commitments and saw our problem through to complete resolution. He truly went above and beyond normal expectations.

Divorced in California.....

Mr. Neil was recommened by another attorney that I used from a different case. I was impressed with Mr. Neil from our consultation and retained him at the end of it. Mr. Neil has shown me his complete devotion to my case and every aspect involved in it. He has never at any point done things because h...e can, he has done them because he has true concerns for his clients and the out come of the case. I would use Mr. Neil for any further attorney needs that I may have that he practices in. I would also recommend Mr. Neil to anyone that needs a divorce Attorney.
