Excellent attorney

Mr. Neil came off to me as a super knowledgable and ethical attorney. He provided me an honest assessment of my case and after discussing the facts, he recommended I find a different attorney that would be better suited for my matter. Even after this, he followed up with additional research on my cas...e. It really felt like he was looking out for my best interests even though I was not a client. I will definite retain Mr. Neil’s services for future issues related to my divorce.

Restraining order

Thomas Neil is personable and understanding. He did not drag his feet and pursued my case with a considerable amount of questions on my part for a reasonable fee. As conditions changed we considered together changes in our approach. A successful outcome was had in defending against a restraining o...rder from a tenant on myself the landlord.

Available, professional, and accomodating

Tom was great! He helped me resolve a child custody case that I had been trying to settle on my own for, literally, years. He was knowledgeable, resourceful, and experienced; he considered all angles and outcomes, and in the end, I was granted an order that gave me the custody rights I was seeking. T...he outcome was actually better than I expected it to be. I didn't think I would have enough money to hire a lawyer for my case, but Tom was able to do the work I needed done at a price that I could afford. He was also always available to me when I had questions, and -- incredibly important for me -- Tom was personable and I felt comfortable meeting with him. I trusted him and had confidence that he was working with my, and my child's, best interests in mind, and that he would seek the best possible outcome for all parties involved. I would highly recommend Tom, and I will definitely retain him again if I need a family lawyer in the future.
