Eliot Reiner is top notch

I am a personal injury attorney and I referred a very challenging case to Eliot Reiner because the case was over my head. Eliot obtained a settlement for the client for an amount that was substantially greater than the insurance policy limit. I was absolutely amazed at the result he was able to ach...ieve in a case that had a number of difficult issues to resolve. His performance in that case puts him in the top 1 percent of attorneys in the greater Sacramento area in my opinion.

Excellent Choice

Initially I was bed ridden and Eliot came to the house and met with me. He really took the time to listen to me and was very interested in trying to get me the proper care so I could return to my normal activities as much as possible. He helped me understand that back injuries are a serious matter ...and that I needed to take the time to heal properly for the best possible outcome. His guidance and understanding of the legal process and the medical system took the pressure off me so I could just focus on healing. I appreciated his matter-of-fact approach and candor, it was refreshing. He helped me find a way to pay for my medical expenses before the case settled because I did not have medical insurance and needed many surgeries and doctor visits. I personally feel that I was treated in several medical offices because of their confidence in Eliot. I didn't always have the money to pay right away but I always got treatment when I told them Eliot Reiner was my attorney. Eliot and his staff were always kind, reassuring and responsive. I could not have asked for a better settlement, Eliot fought hard for me. I'm glad I listened to his advice and counsel. I will never be 100% better but Eliot made the road to today as smooth as possible and he is the reason I am back out running again! This man truly cares about you and getting you back to the activities you did before you were injured.

Liability Issue with potential for large out of pocket medical costs

Mr. Reiner handled our situation in a very direct and responsive manner. He met with us in person within days of a call to his office. He listened to our situation and reviewed documentation. He provided us with very sound advice about handling the issues involved. We were impressed with his know...ledge of the interworkings of the insurance industry and was able to direct us in concluding the case in our favor. He assisted us in negotiations with the two insurance entities involved which resulted in outcomes that we never could have achieved without his advice and interventions.

The best lawyer ever.

Eliot represented me in a complicated injury case several years ago. He was always responsive and positive even when the case developed unexpected twists and turns and lobbied tirelessly in my behalf for 4 years to get a decent settlement. Because of who Eliot is I came to view him as a friend that I... feel really had my best interests at heart, not something that can be said of most lawyers. I highly recommend the services of Eliot should any one ever have the misfortune to need a personal injury lawyer. He is the best!!!
