Highly recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I came to Eliot in 2020 after being involved in a car accident. A person ran a red light at an excessive speed and hit me. Even though I had witnesses and was clearly in the right they tried to blame me. I know I needed help and Eliot had been recommended t...o me by a friend. Him and Courtney went above and beyond. Not only did they do their job and take it very seriously, it was more than that. They truly cared about me and my well being. They made me feel heard and respected. This accident caused me a lot of pain from injury and grief, I could not work at the same capacity I normally did, my mental health plummeted and I was having to see Drs and go to physical therapy all of which Eliot helped me find and figure out. My case was finally finished in my favor! Money aside Eliot and Courtney very much helped me through this tough time. I can not recommend Eliot Reiner enough!!

Thorough and Diligent

My wife and I utilized the help of Eliot Reiner when my wife and 3 kids were involved in a serious accident back in 2000. He was there to help us every step of the way, despite the other driver (at fault) having very limited coverage. Unfortunately, our son was involved in a serious accident with... an uninsured motorist in December 2020. Eliot knew immediately who I was and recalled the full accident from 20 years ago. Despite the other driver having no insurance and my son having very limited uninsured motorist coverage, Eliot immediately accepted this case and gave it his full attention. Eliot’s attention to detail, coupled his very high knowledge of the law and hard work ethic has stood out. My family and I are grateful for everything he has done! Is Eliot Reiner a Deity?

I don’t know, but I wonder. After a multicar-collision in which I sustained serious injuries requiring surgery, I was referred to Eliot by a family friend. We have developed a truly special relationship of respect, trust and friendship. I thought I might be unique, but after reading many, many oth...er reviews by friends (clients) of Eliot, I know that his talent and his heart are big enough to encompass a huge population, while making the individual feel that he/she is the only one that matters. Like many other reviewers, my case had several medical and legal complexities. Eliot understood, and in many cases could foresee, the possible complications and was able to position ourselves for different outcomes. Through his excellent work and knowledge of the system and the other parties, he was able to obtain the maximum payment for me under my uninsured motorist policy, so we completely avoided a lawsuit and court hearings. He hopes for the best outcomes, makes them happen and truly cares for the individual. He is a legal god to me! (BTW, his favorite target of his humor is himself, so he would totally disagree with my last statement and would point out that his wife would also take serious issue with it….)

Drunk driver re ended me and infant

My case wasnt a great case a drunk driver crashed into the back of me and my daughter late afternoon and elliot rathet more had me under the impression me and my daughter would be cared for he un rightly dismissed my case for "business reasons" i had a crisis going on were i winded up homeless then g...et a call from a post office not elliot or his secretary joy that i had a package well that package was all my stuff. Money he lost and clientele. Shady people.

This is NOT accurate. I rejected this woman's case long before a case was filed. It did not require dismissal because there was no case to dismiss. This was a 'troubled client' at the outset. She remained in a "crisis mode" throughout the brief pendency of our relationship, which had nothing to do with the vehicle accident for which I represented her. Additionally, she could and would not regularly communicate with me or obtain medical care, before she was evicted from her home (for reasons unknown to me). I was unable to contact her before she was involved in a second vehicle accident, which she likely caused by turning in front of an oncoming motorist, shortly after the accident for which I represented her. When I tried to contact her to discuss the implications of this 2nd collision and problems with apportionment of medical causation as between the 2 accidents, this client was non-responsive. I then fired her as a client, sending my certified mail letter wherever I could. Often, the best decisions involve the cases not to take. This is a classic example of something that looked possible at first glance that became something to reject. That's what I did with this case, as soon as I could.
