Mark Swartz is an Attorney I would absolutely trust in any personal injury case involving liability. I recently suffered a very serious accident and Mark was referred to me by another Attorney who wouldn't take the case. Mark promptly called me. He listened carefully, asked the right questions, an...d most importantly, treated me with respect. After hearing all the facts and being aware that the probability of liability was low, he still offered to meet me and a witness at the site to verify the facts for himself. No other Attorney was willing to help me in this way. Although in my case, no liability was confirmed, he spent the time to explain. He was very professional and kind, Talking to him about the accident eliminated the confusion I had about how to proceed regarding the liability issue and it enabled me to move on. Mark Swartz is a fantastic attorney and a compassionate person who cares about the people he is working with. Mine was an odd case that included attempted theft, an attempt to run over me, and after ending up on the hood of their car. The good Lord let me know that I needed to get off this car, so ...I folded my arms over my chest and rolled off the car at 30 to 40 mph. I tore my rotator cuff in my left shoulder so bad that 2 surgeries could not fix it, broke ribs, and a thumb but I am very happy to be alive and able to do almost everything I use to do. Yes I am slower and have lost a lot of strength but thank God for my life. They never caught the people who were in the car. So we had to use my uninsured motorist insurance from my car insurance. This meant going after my own insurance provider. Mark knew exactly what to do. He kept me informed at every step of the way. Including dealing with my medical provider. He was very easy to work with and very fair to me. I would recommend him to anyone with a personal injury case. Thanks Mark. Bob

Solid Attorney

I hired Mark to represent me in a personal injury claim against a large grocery retailer. My case was complicated because I had prior arthritis in both knees but the fall tore my ACL and meniscus. I was living fine with my arthritis but the grocery store attorney made a huge deal about it. I ended up... having total knee replacement in both knees. Mark was organized and kept me posted about the case via phone calls, texts and e-mails. He sorted through everything and had specialists who thoroughly reviewed my medical records. I felt comfortable with Mark because he never panicked or at least appeared to panic! He was very reassuring and positive throughout. At the last minute the grocery attorney wanted to negotiate and Mark was firm but fair. I ended up getting a six figure settlement that I was very pleased with. I would highly recommend Mark.
