Very Professional

In January of 2012, I was working on another person’s property. I was assigned to cut vines on top of a wood trellis. I fell off and I suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and a spinal injury. I ended up with a concussion, a contusion, and three ruptured spinal ligaments, and I spent a week in the... hospital. At the time, I was a minor, only 14 years old, so workers’ compensation was not an option. The day after the accident, I met Eliot. From the moment I met him, he was extremely professional and assured me and my family that he would take care of everything. After dealing with insurance companies, we finally settled in March of 2014. I cannot begin to describe how much Eliot has helped my family and I. Not only does he know what he’s doing, but he also makes an effort to explain the legal processes to his clients as well. Without Eliot’s support and guidance, my life would be very different than it is today, and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a personal injury attorney.

Repeat Client!

My family has needed the help of a good lawyer after two separate accidents. A friend of the family recommended Mr. Reiner after the first accident and our experience with him was so positive that the first thing we did after the second accident is hire him again. Dealing with auto and health insuran...ce can be scary, but Eliot's friendliness and straight shooting immediately puts you at ease. He makes it clear that your best interest is his business. To top it all off, Mr. Reiner is good at what he does. I would not hesitate to recommend Eliot Reiner to any friend or family member who is in need of a good personal injury lawyer.

He's a great guy and lawyer!

Me and two of my friends got into a car accident about two years ago and decided that it would be a good idea to lawyer up! We all met with Elliot and he gave us a very informative and in depth run down of things to expect (as we had no prior experience). He was very warm, welcoming and funny! After ...we left we went back to our normal lives, as if nothing had happened! He contacted us when things were needed and he always had good advice to give. When it came time to settle he pushed hard for us to get what we deserved and what's more is that he lowered his cut off the settlement because he didn't feel that he needed to be paid more than us! What a great guy and lawyer! Thank you Elliot for representing us and making it such a pain free experience. I can say hands down if I have any other needs for a lawyer in the future I'm going to be knocking on Elliot's door! I recommend him to anyone!

BULLSEYE ATTORNEY!!

I was referred to Elliott Reiner just two weeks after leaving a previous law firm that made me feel like they weren't getting the job done and I was just another face in the crowd. Elliott handled the legalities of the transition, for me it was just a simple painless signature and it was done. Elli...ott took over my case and he worked closely with me, not an assistant. Unlike my previous experience with attorneys Elliott explained things to me in plain English not in legal terms that usually only the lawyer understands. Elliott takes away the nervousness of going to an attorney and makes you feel like a important client not just another dollar sign. He took on my case with a dogmatic attitude which resulted in a very successful settlement. I couldn't be happier with him and I came away feeling like I had just made a new friend rather than just finding a good lawyer. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs great attorney!!!

Successful Outcome

Eliot and his office staff always treated me with respect. Communication, whether via email or telephone was always punctually answered. The proceedings were explained, in language I could understand, step by step. Eliot was extremely thorough in his investigation of the facts in my case and was able... to effect an excellent result.
