Outstanding Attorney!

When I had a severe auto accident, we obtained a referral from our recently retired Lawyer. That referral was Eliot Reiner. This man took the time to come to our home and meet with us face to face when I wasn’t able to go to him due to my injuries. He did not rush through the initial meet with ...us. He did a very thorough job identifying all my injuries and the facts of my case. By the end of that initial meeting, I knew we had the right attorney representing us. Once he did accept our case, he kept us in the loop on every development of the case throughout the entire length of it. In the end, he exceeded what I had expected to see in a settlement. We also have a great friend in him as well. I couldn’t be happier!

Drunk driver re ended me and infant

My case wasnt a great case a drunk driver crashed into the back of me and my daughter late afternoon and elliot rathet more had me under the impression me and my daughter would be cared for he un rightly dismissed my case for "business reasons" i had a crisis going on were i winded up homeless then g...et a call from a post office not elliot or his secretary joy that i had a package well that package was all my stuff. Money he lost and clientele. Shady people.

This is NOT accurate. I rejected this woman's case long before a case was filed. It did not require dismissal because there was no case to dismiss. This was a 'troubled client' at the outset. She remained in a "crisis mode" throughout the brief pendency of our relationship, which had nothing to do with the vehicle accident for which I represented her. Additionally, she could and would not regularly communicate with me or obtain medical care, before she was evicted from her home (for reasons unknown to me). I was unable to contact her before she was involved in a second vehicle accident, which she likely caused by turning in front of an oncoming motorist, shortly after the accident for which I represented her. When I tried to contact her to discuss the implications of this 2nd collision and problems with apportionment of medical causation as between the 2 accidents, this client was non-responsive. I then fired her as a client, sending my certified mail letter wherever I could. Often, the best decisions involve the cases not to take. This is a classic example of something that looked possible at first glance that became something to reject. That's what I did with this case, as soon as I could.

Elliot Is First Class

My experience with Elliot has been as smooth as possible. It's not ever easy being in a lawsuit, but Elliot and his team make this process easy and painless. He is always attentive and quick to respond. I would recommend Elliot to anyone who needs legal help.

Highest of Praise

Eliot Reiner and his staff deserve the highest praise and recommendation. I was in a very bad car accident and initially hired the wrong attorney. Thankfully, I found Eliot who literally came to my rescue. There was no hesitation in taking over my case and I immediately felt relieved upon hiring him ...because I knew that he and his wonderful staff were in my corner, working in my best interest. When I hired Eliot I was overwhelmed by medical bills and anxiety, while trying to recover. He immediately took action allowing me to focus on my recovery. I don’t know what I would have done without him. If you want an attorney who genuinely cares, will act in your best interest, always take the time to listen, and when necessary console you, then Eliot is your guy. I’m am so thankful I found Eliot and I cannot recommend him and his staff enough!

Better than just a lawyer

I hired Eliot when I was injured in a serious automobile crash. An underage girl broadsided my vehicle. He was personally involved with my case in that he didn't send me to his staff members or leave me wondering about the status of my case. I was hurt, scared, upset and a little crazy due t...o the nature of my injury, a severe seat belt injury, excruciatingly painful and, as a woman, very frightening. As I had recently purchased my vehicle at the time of the crash and hadn't gotten insurance yet, this was a concern of mine as well. Eliot was very sensitive to my injury not once making me feel the least bit uncomfortable or embarrassed, he was the consummate professional yet very kind and compassionate at the same time. I cried quite a lot in the days, weeks, yes even months following that crash. Eliot had my car replaced at it's full value immediately following the crash so I was able to start seeing excellent doctors and plastic surgeons immediately. Eliot found and financially covered all of my medical care during this difficult time. Eliot and his staff were very kind and generous with their time when I called, sometimes several times a week, with questions or even to simply express my fears and concerns about my future health and well-being. For our first meeting, as my vehicle was totaled and I was injured, Eliot came to my home and met with me. I was very emotional and scared of not being able to get proper medical care after all I was an uninsured motorist. Despite this, Eliot fought hard for me to insure that my medical bills would be paid, my vehicle replaced and my future medical needs covered. Eliot Reiner treated me with respect, kindness, courtesy, patience and compassion while being professional and doing an amazing job taking care of the legal and financial issues relating to my car crash and securing finances for all of my future medical needs. Hiring Eliot Reiner was the best thing I did after that terrible automobile crash in that it allowed me to focus on healing from my terrible injury and not fret or worry about finding doctors, my medical bills, my totaled car, or future medical expenses, etc. I highly recommend Eliot Reiner.
