Russell Warren Miller

Russ Miller has been our family lawyer for most of my life now. He is highly respected in the courtroom by all (judges, da's, as well as other lawyers). He is always professional. Is very good at keeping his word when he says he is going to do something. He always takes our calls and returns messages... right away. I hired Russell Miller to represent me after being dissatisfied with another attorney. I'm African-American and have a 30 year criminal history. My case was a felony that carried a punishment of 2, 3 or 4 years state prison. Due to my lengthy criminal history and some damaging evidance I chose not t...o go to trial but rather to have Russell negotiate a plea bargain. I feel like Russell did a Good job and he kept me out of prison with a minimal county jail sentence and some probation. I'm satisfied with his performance and I never felt like he didn't like me because of my being a" Black Man". I hired Russell Miller for my boyfriend of 8 years for a criminal matter. Russell was very hard to get ahold of, he never returnes phone calls or text messages. He had our hopes up for release because he knew the judge an DA personaly. He has yet to visit my boyfriend to discust what is needed frim h...im. Each court date, the DAs offer gets worst. We paid him over savings. Russell Miller screwed us over. For him going into court is social hour, not work. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!

Russell Miller did everything to help the DA. He told my money and trying to send my son to prison for jail house fight. He did nothing to find out about my son mental disabilities. He is trying give him 3 years. He. Been lock up 11 months. He is really putting young blacks. Away. God. Will change ev...erything watch and see. The DA is his old students. Miller is drity I want my money back
