Mr. Russell Miller did a great job for me. He knows his way around a court room. He is good with people and knows the law. Not to mention he is a Marine who served his Country in Viet Nam. He got my case dismissed; He and I thought the case was not super strong and he didn't just agree to a d...eal to get it over with, and he fixed it for me. I hired Russell Miller to represent me after being dissatisfied with another attorney. I'm African-American and have a 30 year criminal history. My case was a felony that carried a punishment of 2, 3 or 4 years state prison. Due to my lengthy criminal history and some damaging evidance I chose not t...o go to trial but rather to have Russell negotiate a plea bargain. I feel like Russell did a Good job and he kept me out of prison with a minimal county jail sentence and some probation. I'm satisfied with his performance and I never felt like he didn't like me because of my being a" Black Man".
