We had the same exact experience as all these other bad reviews to the letter. No show or remote no show, no game plan, no communication, no reply to email, text or calls. Super cocky, arrogant and rude. This guy should be disbarred.

Russel Miller is very unprofessional. He will dodge your phone calls, he will avoid your emails, and most importantly, he will not show up to your court hearings. He will give you the run around and charge you for his incompetence. You would be better off with a public defender. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MO...

The worst ever. Failed to show up for court hearings. Almost impossible to get hold of him. Will not return calls even from the jail. In 6 months did no researc on case. Anyone who wants more info or would like to combine any actions, please call me. 831 822-0801

Worst Attorney Ever
He never showed in person, he never showed remotely, he didn’t take a full interview from us until after 3 hearings later, he took $25,000 from my family and don’t complete his job, we had to hire a new attorney because he didn’t show up.
