I was very very unsatisfied client tor the following reasons:. ALL phone calls went unreturned after we paid our retainer. Our lawyer did not appear at several courtdates and/or he was late at appearances. Everytime we call his office, the secretary would say he was on vacation. When we appear at the... office, the office secretary would say he just left for an appointment. When asked for an accounting for the activities because we wanted a refund, all calls and questions went unaswered. He promised us results that he could not deliver and after retainng another attorney, they were able to to deliver results in 3 appearances!

I was not a satisfied customer for the following reasone. Our phone calls were rarely returned. Our lawyer did not appear at several courtdates and failed to notify us. We showed up to several appointments only to be told he had just left. When we went to get our sentencing papers he had his secratar...y explain them to us and she gave us inaccurate information. He promised us results that were unfounded and on more than one occasion told us things that were entirely false

I contacted Russell Miller from Miller Law Group regarding a criminal case and he eluded that he knew the judge and the prosecuting DA. I met with Russell Miller and Tracy Pratchen and gave them $5,000.00. After the first court date, which didn't go well, he promised to call me to let me know what ...will happen next. I could not get him to return calls and his secretary Tracy Pratchen kept saying he was out of the office. After two weeks of not being able to contact him, I fired him as an attorney. He left the case 'hanging' and had to hire another attorney. Needing money, I asked for the remainder of my money back. I could not get a hold of Russell Miller and often reached voicemail, which my calls were never returned. He kept all the money and never returned any phone calls.
