I've called many times and asked that my son get much needed court mandated counceling for child killed in his car, and 6 yrs in prison when atty black put him there at 17,he refused to rat on friend and took fall, he's not communicating with family, being a drs daughter I know he's suffering grief a...nd severe trauma. Russel won't address what my son needs to survive his trauma. Please address my concerns, prison took my son away, now I have no son!

I hired Russell Miller to represent me after being dissatisfied with another attorney. I'm African-American and have a 30 year criminal history. My case was a felony that carried a punishment of 2, 3 or 4 years state prison.
