Biography
I am a Certified Family Law Specialist, divorce litigator, certified divorce mediator, and a managing partner/co-owner of Miller & Associates, Attorneys LLP. We have offices in Rocklin, Folsom, and Granite Bay.
The foundation of our firm is providing aggressive litigation representation for clients that are stuck navigating their divorce or family law matter in the Court system. However, I am passionate about educating clients on their options to mediate or collaborate their divorce as I strongly believe these ADR options are the best way to get through divorce in most cases, but this can only happen if the parties agree to one of these ADR options. I have been litigating divorce cases since 2001 as a certified law student, and has a licensed attorney since 2005. I became a certified divorce mediator in 2011 and have successfully mediated hundreds of cases since this time. In my current practice, I represent high asset individuals in a litigation setting, and most of my mediation caseload involves high net worth complex estates often involving business owners and significant real estate.
Our firm offers free 1/2 hour consultations where we thoroughly explain all representation options to potential clients and provide recommendations on how the client's matter should proceed.
I handle all aspects of divorce and family law in litigation, mediation, and collaborative practice settings. I have extensive experience mediating and litigating high net worth cases that often include involvement of financial and business valuation experts.

There was a substantial billing dispute, Not very communicative. Delegates too much work to others. Not a good experience.

3 years later…we learned Josh screwed us.
Josh represented my husband before we got married and bio mom represented herself. She won everything including 70% of physical custody even though father lives a block away from bio moms house and was bonded with son and present for son more than mother. Hubby was deployed when he filed for divorce ...

Replied last October 30, 2023I wish I knew who this person is. I do not recognize these facts. It sounds like this person was not a client, but that I represent this person's husband in his divorce, and this person wants to blame me for whatever custody dispute occurred after my representation. This is a defamatory review that I do not believe is based on fact, and it should be removed.
