Well I am beyond impressed by the tact, response and knowledge shared so readily to my urgent situation as has been sprung on me within the last coupe weeks regarding custody of children... I feel that he is very capable and should be able to make a huge dent in the very stressful and unforeseen situ...ation I am currently in with ex pulling power moves in court and 'getting away' with them temporarily...Very good and helpful advice as far as what to do first and before hiring anyone...Can tell that he wants to do a good job in all he does and has good character. Tom started his career with a large litigation firm. He structured his business in a similar manner using less ...experienced attorneys to work with new clients initially. He claimed it was a benefit to clients because they billed at a lower hourly rate. The realty is the total cost including his billable hours to review and consult were higher and his case familiarity lower. He did not interact well with opposing counsel and caused unnecessary friction. He seemed to prefer actions directed more to litigation than resolution.
