Felix George Poggemann

Felix is a Horrible lawyer! He called me the wrong name in court! I brought him paperwork from my divorce and he refused to let me tell him about it. He said,”If you talk, I won’t be your lawyer.” He didn’t show up in court at one hearing. He owes me over $1,000 but refuses to refund me. His practice... has been going downhill the last several years. Do not, I repeat, NOT risk your case with him! There are many other legitimate lawyers out there. Do your research! One day when I showed up at his office, he wasn’t even there! The receptionist called him and then she told me he “forgot” about out meeting. He rushed over to the office in jeans and a t-shirt and told me his “lunch appointment ran late! His receptionist already told me he forgot!

Felix did not understand my needs nor help me in my divorce. Married in 1972. Great family , earnings, homes , cars. Serious accident and I was down. I lost everything. Felix charged me $17,000 then wanted another $10,000. I said no and went Bankrupt in 2010. Felix helped or advised me nor did he ...negotiate my fate nor keep me informed.

Felix did a good job during the hearings and trials. He was prepared. He got there on time and despite a few inconsistencies in the paperwork he did a good job. the problems that I experienced with Felix were he generally did not return phone calls or text messages. He rarely answered my questions s...o I felt a little in the dark about some things. He also tended to take the male perspective so in my case I feel I should have hired a female attorney. I probably would have gotten better results, especially for the child support

I hired an attorney in the initial stages of my Family Law matter and he wasn't getting the job done. Plus he wanted much more in attorney fees to go to court. I know he (the previous attorney) was too expensive because Felix and my Ex's attorney charged the same amount.... Anyway, once Mr. Pogg...emann took over my case, it was a breath of fresh air. He went to court with me and I came out on top. He's an excellent Family Lawyer. Sometimes he's not as responsive as he could be, but I think that he's probably pretty busy. He did come through when I really needed him to. I would use him again in a second.

There aren't enough stars listed to acknowledge the professionalism, honesty and character of Mr. Felix Poggemann. I needed an attorney and I needed one fast. Felix came HIGHLY recommended by several well known attorneys who's case loads were full. Felix met with me was very open , honest and up fron...t. I had a very contentious divorce and have had difficulties with my custody. He came on board and did what my previous 3 lawyers never did for me. That was work fast, diligently, meticulously and he personally answered all my calls, texts and emails within minutes of me sending them. He is dedicated to his job and dedication to his clients goes far and beyond any attorney I know or have met. His work far exceeds the price he charges. I am going to personally pay him more than he asked because he deserves it. I cannot thank him enough.
