Great Lawyer

First time needing a lawyer for a complicated personal injury claim. He was very patient and clearly explained every step. Even after he relocated out of the area, he still came to San Jose whenever necessary. Excellent personal injury attorney

I hired Mr. Rickard to handle my elderly mother's injury from a car hitting her. Mr. Rickard was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and handled the matter expeditiously. My mother was very pleased with the resolution of her case. I would recommend Mr. Rickard to others.

Outstanding, Knowledgeable, and Friendly

Had an accident involving a head injury years ago and Mr. Rickard was incredibly helpful. This is someone who will absolutely do everything he possibly can for you. Very honest and makes you feel like you have an arsenal with him rather than feeling unarmed in your battles alone.

Excellent Attorney

I originally hired a different attorney but after 3yrs of my old attorney not making any head way with my case I hired Mr. Rickard. He worked on a flat fee so there were no surprises and got my case settled within a couple a weeks!!! He kept me informed and was always available if I had a question or concern. If I ever have a need for an attorney I will defiantly be calling Mr. Rickard and I will defiantly recommend him.

I've been very happy with the results Jeff has given me on my current case. It's been resolved quickly.

Jeff is working on 2 cases of mine, one of which has been resolved in the matter of a few weeks. He is very personable, professional, and helps you to make smart, educated decisions. I definitely recommend him to anyone that has a case that'd need to be handled well.

Someone you can Trust

A friend of mine and her elderly husband needed the assistance of a local attorney who had experience in dealing with bodily injury claims in Santa Clara County. After vetting out several other attorney's, we chose Mr. Rickard to represent my friends husband. We can state without equivocation that Mr Richard and his staff were conscientious, thorough, technically skilled with a bedside manner that was always gentle, in spite of being challenged by a grumpy old man whose wife speaks English as a second language My friend sustained an injury in a church parking lot, there were bodily injuries as a result of the incident. To complicate matters, my friend had pre-existing medical conditions not related to the accident that needed to be sorted out with the insurance carrier and their claims adjuster. The end result of many months of diligent effort on the part of Mr Rickard and his team was a settlement that was equitable, was delivered as promised, with all parties being satisfied with the outcome.

My wife and I experienced a tragic event, an event of such sorrow that our ability to think clearly was difficult. We found it necessary to hire an attorney to help us work through that tough time and indeed it was a difficult time, but knowing who to hire was a problem. A Great Experience

Mr. Rickard was an exceptional lawyer and made our experience a positive one. The case we came to Mr. Rickard for was to represent our 9 year old daughter. Personal Injury Case Involving an Automobile Accident

We lost our daughter in a auto accident due to others' negligence. Jeff was assigned to us and handled almost every aspect of the case, including the day-to-day issues. He was thorough, informative, and always there.
