Brian has represented me in a number of transactions including entity creation, acquisition, and has served as my advisor on a number of business deals. His ethics are beyond reproach, and is one of the hardest working people that I've ever come across in any industry. I trust him implicitly, and give him my highest recommendation.
Brian was very knowledgeable and educated me of how the law works in situations like mine. He was also helpful in suggesting next steps to prevent a situation like this from happening again.
Brian Clark is a licensed attorney in the state of California and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota School of Law. He also has a Masters of Business Administration degree with a finance emphasis from the University of the Pacific, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University.
Brian also completed an honorable tour in the United States Marine Corps, and applies that same level of integrity to his business practices. In addition to practicing law, Brian has been active in the real estate finance business for the last ten years. Over the course of his career, he has overseen nearly 1,000 residential and commercial transactions. By the age of 25, Brian was the youngest and most quickly promoted Assistant Vice President of a nationwide finance company, responsible for the entire Southern California division, which consisted of 40+ finance professionals.
Brian also owns a California based residential and commercial mortgage and real estate company — Attorneys Funding Group, Inc.

I felt respected and I found his advice to be sensible and not pushing for his own gain. I would trust him to support me through any case.

Knowledgable
Brian consulted on a deed issue. He was knowledgeable. I did not need to hire a lawyer but would have hired him if further legal help was needed beyond the consultation.

Mr. Clark was very professional, knowledgeable and to the point. After consultation Mr. Clark suggested there was no reason to move forward and I agreed. The topic was Real Estate law. If the need was to arise in the future, Mr. Clark would be my first call.

I had a phone consultation with Brian a few weeks ago. He came recommended through a referral service. I found him to be professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel heard and this was the most comfortable I have felt speaking to an attorney. We even had a few good laughs. He put me at ease and advised no further action was necessary on my part in my case. I appreciate his time and expertise. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future if necessary.

We are certainly happy to be of help to you. However, in an effort to provide a 5 star service, what could we have done differently? I don't see where we missed based on your response. Helpful, timely, and knowledgeable. Was there something that we left out?

Referral
I was referred to Brian through a work contact. Unfortunately he doesn't handle small claims court questions but assisted as best as possible.
Response from Brian ClarkFebruary 7, 2019
Good to hear word is getting out about our firm! However, we are sorry your issue was not resolved. That said, how would you recommend we better serve you, given the fact that we did our best, as you said, and assisted you where possible? Also if it is unclear what services we offer they should be clearly listed on Brian's Avvo profile as well as our company website.

Lawyer for Jason Busiek
I finally spoke with Stacie Power yesterday, 2/5 after trying to get in contact with her for several days. The consultation went OK. Hopefully she follows up on the next steps. I also need guidance on what is the best way to handle certain situations. Also, I still feel like part of the suit should be damages from not disclosing.

Thank you, we will be in contact with Stacie to address your feedback. If not Stacie, someone from our legal team will reach back to you as soon as possible to address the guidance you are looking for. This person will be updated on your situation, so no need to go into detail here.
Much appreciated for bringing this to our attention and we will do better.

Don't waste your money
This office is horrible! They take your money and thats it. The staff is unprofessional and rude. Once they have the money they make up ever excuse possible why they are not available. You'll see for yourself so BEWARE.

Very Dissapointed
I received a referral from CLC for Brian J Clark & Associates. Brian was great in his consultation. That was the last time I heard from him. I wish I had stopped there! I was told my case would take about 4-6 hours of time to clear up. It was three weeks and still nothing had been resolved. The worst part was that I was never kept in the loop about what was going on. I had to email or call the firm to see what the status was on my case. It would have been nice to receive some updates. I spent a pretty penny and nothing has been resolved. Proceed with caution when dealing with this firm.

Unexplained
I must say that the ending isn't what I expected. Brian gave me a lot of information and his time, my last conversation with him was to think about it and when I decided to have him write a letter I was told by the receptionist that he didn't want my case when I had already paid him to do the research he did. I'm now back to where I started and its very upsetting. When I asked for the return of the papers not even a note was enclosed. I have to say I'm very surprised because Brian doesn't seam like this would be his practice. I was recommended through CLC, I hope Brian gets to see this, because he was so thorough and gave me so much time. I must say the receptionist is rude and again it doesn't seam like that would be the person he would pick.

I could not see him
I called his secretary and made an appointment to visit his office. I took a half day off from work and I was on my way to his office only to learn from his secretary’s voice message that he only do his initial meeting on the phone only for any clients referred by the CLC. Why did his secretary made an appointment for me to meet him? I wasted my 4 hours of my Annual Leave.

Hello,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and given the circumstances we understand your frustration. As with all our clients, at Brian J. Clark & Associates, the initial consultation is by phone (not in person). I'm not seeing, based on our records, that we set your appointment in the office, but if we created this confusion our apologies. Also I see our team reached out to clarify once we realized the disconnect. That said, we will do additional research to understand where the breakdown occurred and look to prevent this from happening in the future. Much appreciated for your feedback.
